Society Christmas meal here was wonderful, everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was delicious, defo recommend the cocktails and the service was wonderful!
I can honestly say this is a great place to have a botomless brunch. I wasn't expecting much as I hadn't done this before, but they absolutely fulfilled they promiss. The food was nice and always someone offering us more drinks. Drinks were strong and nicely presented.
There are plenty of spots to take pictures and music was great
Long room with some good seating, spacious with a couple of steps down to the bar area. Tap beer on offer, staff were friendly. More of a dining place than a pub. Very nicely decorated inside. Popped in for a beer which was excellent. Enjoyed my visit.
Best place for bottomless brunch in Chester! Had so many options and Alexander was absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend slug and lettuce (ps sorry about your trainers)

Went yesterday to the Slug & Lettuce with my son. Had lovely food and cocktails. Danny & Joey were very friendly the food was amazing the cocktails were fantastic. What a brilliant bar so clean and fresh definately the best bar in ChesterJust a total credit to Chester!
Joey who did our cocktail making for a hen party, lovely talkative man, we had a fantastic time, and we got the Sangria recipe off him.
Alexander was an amazing server. We got the wrong time and Alexander was able to accommodate and provide us with exceptional service. The food was lovely, coming out quickly and thanks to Alexander’s attentiveness we got our drinks quickly too. Overall great experience, would recommend.
Fantastic brunch! Went here to ask my sister and best friend to be maid of honour and chief bridesmaid and we all loved it. Ellie was fantastic! So attentive, great food, great drinks! Lovely atmosphere.

We love Slug and Lettuce, Alexander has always been our server and is excellent. All the staff here are wonderful but he always makes the extra effort , even when busy! Can’t recommend more:)

A big group of us came for food and drinks on Tuesday night. We were served by Alex, Meg and Vick. Incredible service from all 3 of them. Nothing was too much trouble! Great atmosphere!
