Excellent food, attentive service. Good location. First time I have visited but I will definitely be back.
WOW! I have been dining at Chinese restaurants, all over europe for 40 years! Sleepy Panda proved as good as it gets; Absolutely fantastic meal last night at the Sleepy Panda; We only went in on a whim But it was a wonderful experience, the staff were all really attentive, kind and witty. The food was excellent; It looked beautiful, the smell was gorgious and everything tasted well seasoned, ever so tender and great. Starters; We shared dim sum and the fried squid, lovely. Chicken Curry and pork in black bean sauce for mains were spot on. We couldn't finish and they kindly gave us a well packed doggy bag - Which I have just finished for Sunday lunch!! ,..and it was almost as delicious as last night's! Highly recommended.
Tried this little restaurant for the first time. Staff were super friendly and seated us straight away. Ordered pineapple ginger duck with some squid. The squid was quite nice, not so chewy. Pineapple ginger duck wasnβt too bad though the pineapple and ginger overpower the duck quite a lot.
Overall the food was nice but I felt it was like takeaway style rather than restaurant style food.
Takeaway is always spot on from sleepy panda. Food is always hot when arrives. Staff are always nice on the phone and delivery drivers are prompt and polite. Slightly pricey but taste is worth it

Stayed open late for a large group booking and we had a lovely experience. Food was full of flavour and the service was friendly and professional.
Had a lovely meal, reasonably priced, nice decor and Jack was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will visit again if in Chester.

We ordered some won ton, pork and black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken. The food was amazing ππ . Definitely found a tasty takeaway here! There are so many alright and less than alright takeaways and it takes ages to find a decent one, but this is really good.
Wish I'd found this place sooner as the nearest Chinese Takeaway on Just Eat etc. are some distance from the South side of the city centre (by the Racecourse) and charge a fortune for delivery. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. Delivery is very reasonable too. Would recommend πππ
Great food, staff were very friendly. Portion sizes are quite large for a good price. Special fried rice is juicy not dry in any way with huge slices of meat in and huge king prawns. Definitely will be going back.
Ordered a takeaway from Sleepy Panda last night for the first time and all I can say was brilliant. From the guy who took our phone order to the lady who delivered it, excellent customer service. The food was one of the best I have tasted, delivered quick and price really good. Will definitely be ordering again and have already recommended. Thanks.
Don't b put off by the out dated decor, it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to in a while, its clean, staff are polite and friendly and the food was really good. Even my partner loved it and he always finds fault and wanted to leave wen we first entered
