Nipped to Chester to meet friends they had stopped off at the shop.. Ice cream was lovely bit expensive but you don't mind paying when it's so nice. Love it that it's made in the shop as well �� Will definitely return �
Visited your new place in chester yesterday and wow.....what super delicious ice cream!! I had the daily special of peanut butter and it's was soooo good. Next time we will be coming in for a crepe or a waffle because they looked awesome!
Staff were very friendly and efficient and the eating in area is cool and funky. My little one loved looking at all the fab lighting!

We nipped in to try out the new Chester parlour as we are fans of gelato and were not disappointed! Opting for the tubs, we tried various flavours and all were delicious (I can't recommend the Rocher flavour enough!). The customer service was great and the menu looks fab, next time we're going to try the waffles �.
Had a pancake with strawberry and banana which was lovely. Also had a cappuccino which tasted delicious. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly.

Really like the modern shop and the kids loved the colour changing lights on the ceiling. A great selection of flavours and the Gelato is really creamy and tasty. We loved it and will definitely be back soon for more!
Amazing ice cream & such a variety of flavours! Staff were lovely and even let you try first, defo worth the money considering they stay open until 11pm every night!
Lovely friendly service and delicious gelato!! My son and I were given lots of samples to taste before we ordered, decided on lemon for me and Oreo for my son, both were lovely. Shop had a wonderful atmosphere and we will be back 😊

Stopped in for a waffle and ice cream. Very good and cooked in front of you. Tidy and trendy decor with crazy lights. Really worthwhile dropping in to have a chill.
Fresh ice cream and desserts that are really nice and can be quite the refreshment you need. A vast variety of fresh ice cream! You have the option for a tub (small,medium or large) or for a wafer cone, both really tasty. Fresh crepes and waffles made on the spot, with fresh ingredients too. An absolute treat for the whole family and for yourself or even a treat for a loved one. Yes it is a tiny bit on the pricey side but money can not buy fresh taste and it’s not everyday you’re going to be buying fresh desserts. The staff are also very friendly and allow you to have a little taste of the ice cream before you pick the one of your choice, there’s a lot to choose from so it does become quite the challenge so a taste test is key to decide. A wonderful and colourful place for desserts, I highly recommend it as I’ve been there many times myself.
This was a really nice Gelato bar. Had lots of great choices of gelato that tasted awesome. The seating area was clean, but a bit small. Staff we friendly and helpful and we weren't rushed out. I wasn't sure if they took debit card, that would have been nice to see more clearly.
Best ice cream in Chester made fresh every day with organic milk. They also do great deserts and pancakes. It's very clean and staff are friendly and they let you have a free taste of any flavour if your not sure which one to have.
Good quality gelato, nice and smooth. Staff friendly and service very good. I've edited a previous review following a second visit yesterday. Had an ice cream craving, as you do so I thought I'd give Gino's a second chance. Very glad that I did. Great service and the gelato is one of the best I've ever had. I do still think that the small tub for £3.30 is a bit pricey but having had expensive ones in London maybe it's not too bad. Best to go for the large tub you get much more and 3 flavours.

You’re out in the centre to show the city to your friends who come to visit and you need an Belgian waffle break.
This dessert place is surely one of the most reliable, stable and delicious go-to place for random cravings.
Finally a decent ice cream place with home made ice creams and pancakes. More importantly it's open late so I can get an ice cream fix after work. Can't believe some reviews complain about price...it's not from your local supermarket freezer, it's proper hand made gelato in a city centre shop front with seats and staff and overheads. It's £2 for a rubbish "99" down at the Groves by the river, if you want cheap go there and leave Gino's to those who like flavours and choice.

If you are looking to cool down, don't be put off by the queue at Gino's cause it sure is worth the wait. You wait your turnn, choose your flavours ( you have to take your chances) pay then get yourselves a seat at ground level or the floor above which is another seating area.It is that same floor where they have their displays of ice cream(not accessible to the public) Their toilets are located on the top floor. (not wheelie friendly). I found the interior decoration rather colourful and falshsy in a good way.
This was agreed by all the family to be without doubt the best Ice cream we have EVER had. It was so good we went twice!! I had the ferro rochet along with my daughter, my other daughter had vanilla and my partner had the mint chocolate on our first visit. We then had the cookies and cream, Snickers, kinder beuno and another vanilla on our second visit. The Snickers was out of this world. Every ice cream we ever have will be judged by this from now on, so creamy, so smooth. We went to Rome earlier this year and the ice creams Parlours there were not a patch on this place. Don't worry about paying a bit more it's sooooo with it. Service was superb as well!!!! Well done you guys, Andy, Annette, violet and ivy xxxx
To combat some of the misguided reviews - to have an establishment in the heart of Chester that serves fantastic produce, with seating if you wish to sit inside, making ice cream on the premises - it costs. However, you get daily specials which are an absolute joy and awesome service.
Yet, the very Best gelato in England! Some loser claims it's bit pricey but:
1. You always have to pay for top quality!
2. This gelato give you much more in portion than others ( scoop)
Best gelato in the area. Always fresh and exciting flavours on offer. I cannot walk past this place without calling in, it has turned me into an addict 😀

Love this gelato. Best in Chester. Gelato tastes wonderfully creamy. If eating out at lunch or early evening, forego the dessert and head here for a wonderful treat.
