It’s hard to come by restaurants that are genuinely sorry that you night can’t be exactly as you would have hoped for reasons out of their control. There was no beef burgers which was disappointing as it’s what we both wanted, because their delivery was messed up over Christmas. They had also run out of flatbread we ordered for starter. However.... the food we did have was amazing! We had lobster mac and cheese, king prawns and teriyaki chicken to start. We then had pad Thai and chicken burger. A member of staff came over to offer a free round of drinks for our disappointment which we kindly accepted! Then however the manager herself came to explain the situation, and also offered to take 1 meal off the bill, she was genuinely sorry for what had happened. Lovely atmosphere and great music with delicious food and friendly staff we can’t wait to go back and try again.
Fantastic bar! Wonderful staff and fabulous food! Came for lunch. All staff were wonderful and professional with a special mention to Alice who was our waitress and an absolute breath of fresh air. She couldn't have been more helpful or lovely. Slight problem with our order which was dealt with perfectly, and resolved both quickly and professionally. Always a great sign of quality service when things are resolved so well. Thank you so much. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely be back
stopped for a drink on Saturday about 5ish. With full intentions of moving on and eating somewhere else The food smelt good so we decided to eat there and have the tapas option. What can I say food was awesome but more than that was the service We never left our seat all night the staff kept coming to us and asking us what we wanted next my kind of place we haven't had service like this Prague Hats off to the management you obviously train staff to a high standard five star all the way xx
I was there on Saturday 1st July 2017 with a large group of friends... we were all booked in for food before the races . The service was very Quick and efficient. All the food we ordered was delicious and very generous portions . It's a very modern and stylish bar with a relaxed atmosphere. With extremely lovely staff which were all happy to serve you ...So we all made a second visit back there on the same day for cocktails which were gorgeous ���well worth a visit as you won't be disappointed with the warm friendly welcome from all the staff at All Bar One x Great place xx so looking forward to going back again x x
Had a brilliant meal at All Bar One! Myself and my parents thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for out day time Lunch ... Very warm welcome from the staff and Manager! The Garlic bread with cheese to start was mouthwatering and full of taste possibly .. one of the best ive ever tasted! For mains i choose the Burger and again was AMAZING!!! the staff couldnt do enough for you and defiantly willing to help with anything you needed ! also the Chocolate Brownie is to die for!! While i was at this bar a young lady entered with a pram and the manager was quickly there greeting them and helping the lady lift the pram up the small steps... again cant do enough to help customers!! Cannot wait to back and try more of the menu but most of all to have the Garlic bread�!! Thankyou Guys highly recommended!

Staff night out was lovely the drinks great except one really bad cocktail that I did let staff know this needs pulling from the menu. Several staff tried it and all hated it . Otherwise staff service food and facilities were excellent
Andrew gave service unlike nothing else. Damn Daniel, more like damn Andrew. This was the best night out in Chester (is this our first night in Chester? Maybe, but you don’t need to know that). Thank you Andrew and the team for welcoming us to the town and all it has to offer!
Came in for bottomless brunch, the pad Thai was amazing the food was flying out of the kitchen hats off to the chefs with how busy it was, also our waitress Natalie, was really fast making the drinks for our table taking our orders and running the drinks to us! nothing for to much for her, explained everything to us. fast service and really lovely young lady, we will be booking in again soon
Absolutely amazing food had the classic burger with chips flavours. Next level 💯 had beautiful salted caramel brownie so nice can't remember the names of the staff. The 2 of them we're so helpful and had good chat with them. Totally recommend this place 💯 from me and my wife

The menu was varied and the food was delicious. There was a good choice of drinks and the quality of the cocktails were very good. The bar and restaurant were very stylish but still felt cosy and comfortable. Would definitely be back.

We had a team building day and booked the Chester restaurant. Everyone was fantastic, the service could not have been better. The food was cooked perfectly too. Thank you to Sean, Nathan, Nicole and Connor for the service and Lizzie and Andy for the food. We had a party of 30 people and everything ran very smoothly. Everyone had a fantastic time and would go back.
Excellent day for my mates birthday. Came with the whole work staff and the ABO staff (Connor and Nathan) were excellent. Drinks were spit on and food was great as well. Definitely will return.

I visited all bar one to have bottomless brunch for a birthday celebration, the staff were all very welcoming and ensured we had a great time. They provided table service for our booking and always made sure we had a beverage in hand. Great service thank you very much. Kim waited on our table and was very polite and sweet. :)

Stopped for lunch while shopping on Saturday. Place is clean, comfortable and close to town. Drinks came quickly but food delivery a little tardy.
We chose 5 tapas dishes for £25.00 which took awhile but tasted pretty good. Iberico ham croquetes were a little dull but everything else (calamari, king prawns, lamb kofta and chicken teriyaki) all good.
Just a little slow for me.
