I was in the city with my son, who very kindly offered to treat me to dinner. Neither of us had dined here for some years, so decided to give it a go . We waited until after 5.00pm as the " casual dining " menu looked uninspiring, but the a la carte promised more. Without going into tedious detail
It was a quiet day, but after a long journey we wanted to sit outside somewhere for a chat and some relaxing. The staff here were absolutely fantastic, the cheer and humour with which they spoke and worked really put a smile on my face. Many thanks. I only bought a couple of pints, but I left in a b
Very much enjoyed a sweet treat and fruit juice on my visit. The service was perfect and all the staff attentive and friendly.
The surroundings; a little bit of old fashioned luxury.
I was seated at 11.45am and the restaurant was really starting to fill up by 12.15pm so I would recommend booking i
This place was somewhere we always wanted to stay at. Been a few times in the past, but this was a treat for both of us. Had breakfast and snacks previously but we ate our dinner here. Excellent cuisine, perfectly cooked and presented. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about all the dishes.
Food remains delicious here, staff always exemplary, attentive and observant but never overbearing. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
Tried to get in here on Saturday, but it was too busy. Who'd have thought, leading up to Christmas 😏 We returned Sunday and were welcomed in, so we got to have our coffee and cake. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait. The service was attentive, and the ambience of The Grosvenor added to the exper
We enjoyed a delectable lunch at la brasserie. We ordered sandwiches, cakes & scones with cream.
The service was friendly, polite and efficient.
Would definitely recommend a visit as a treat 😊. For 3 of us including tea & bottled water & service tip was approx £60
Fab, brill, hip and groovy! Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble, amazing food in Brasserie so Simon Radley would be sublime!

Food was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. We throughly enjoyed our menu. Recommend the Cote de Boeuf which is for two- absolutely divine! A wonderful evening. It was worth every penny and we were surprised at the bill as thought it would be more.
Excellent Food there ar the moment. The current Chef is tops. Coupled with excellent service , it us a pleasure to visit. Pity they have had to move seating out of Bar area as it looks s bit empty . Hopefully, back to normal soon .
My family and I had a Christmas meal here. Overall it was pleasant with good food and nice staff.
One suggestion would be not to make people wait outside before the booking time. We turned up at 11:50 for a 12pm booking but were told to wait in the lobby. This felt a bit cheap- especially as the re
