First time here and it was amazing. Food gorgeous and staff lovely and friendly. My two fussy kids even ate their Sunday lunches and enjoyed it. Would Defo recommend can't wait to try their afternoon tea.
Went for afternoon tea today, was a lovely atmosphere and the staff serving were lovely. Will definitely be returning and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Had a lovely visit today , the food was really tasty from the new menu , the black pudding and blue cheese salad starter was amazing , the girl who served us was lovely couldn’t have been more helpful.

Had lunch here today with two friends. The service was first class and the food freshly cooked. We all chose from the lunchtime menu which was excellent value for money. The gin cocktails were on special. All together, a lovely afternoon. We will return with our partners next time. A little gem.

Staff were attentive and lovey.
Ex Working Man's Club turned into a gin bar...but it works. Intimate snugs, along with high stools at tables, and relaxing chairs. Outside area to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun, and small function area downstairs and larger function area upstairs.
A lovely place too visit, amazing staff who are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Would give the staff A******.

Great pub , spacious, friendly, and great selection
A little expensive. But worth it. The Rhubarb & Ginger gin with tonic and ice was so good & refreshing and the dried sliced lemon looked fab in the drink and didn't spoil the flavours of the gin. Great service too.
Not too busy, good to sit outside when it's so warm inside, good drinks and friendly staff. A really nice environment to socialise in, stylish, comfy chairs inside. A good place for an intimate evening, or a fun catch up with friends.
Great place/drinks/staff. They have live music on ocvasion, whivh we were sad to have missed. Clean tables & toilet..very important.
A fantastic pub in chester-le street, top of the street and a good venue. Very popular with functions and parties. I love the decor and the staff are awesome, always helpful with a cheeky gin or cocktail.

Great assortment of gins, friendly staff and convenient payment options. We even got unexpected table service as it wasn't busy. Lovely little pub.

Chester le street 12 lads including my youngest brother ( SO PROUD ) road all that way Scot included in ride who has owns the bar with wife Jill

Haven't had food here but often call with friends for couple drinks. They offer great selection of gins/mixers on 2 for 1 . Staff friendly and also offer table service
