We ordered our food at 17:30 it arrived at 18:15, excellent service considering we live in Washington. The food was fantastic, excellent quality of ingredients creating an authentic Indian meal you would expect from a top class establishment. We had a thoroughly enjoyable "night out in"...

30Jul22 First time visitors and thoroughly enjoyed all the food here! Went with recommendation from staff member, plus Chef Special. Food was some of the best we've had in the North East and will definitely be visiting again. The serving team were all really helpful and great to chat to.

Just had sit down dinner for six. Very accomodating.Assisted my mum who was walking with sticks. Beautiful environment and super service. Most important of all food was superb. First visit and defenitely not the last.
Well I don't really want to tell you how nice this place is I might not be able to get a seat next time I want to go food, service, cleanliness absolutely beautiful wish it was on my doorstep will definitely be going again

The chef special was perfect and the peshwari naan was possibly the best one I've had.
I only got a takeaway, nevertheless customer service was very good.

Had a very pleasant meal here with friends. Staff showed just the right amount of attention, not too pushy, not too shy. The meal was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic. I'd throughly recommend Haveli to anyone wanting to try their cuisine

The best Indian restaurant in the North East. The food is absolutely gorgeous and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The Hariali was delicious as was the other curry, rice and side dish. The peshwari naan breads were lovely and soft and full of the perfect sweet filling. Hands down the best Indian meal I've had in years, I can't wait to go again!
Cannot fault anything. Beautifully done out, really pleasant staff and sublime food. 1st time in the restaurant after having a couple of takeaways. Everything cooked fresh. Didnt want it to end. Superb.

We found this little gem yesterday when visiting the area. W e had a wonderful welcome and service from owner and all staff and the food was delicious. We will visit again when in area and highly recommend it
Rang up for a take away told them last one was not very hot got a replace curry on the house and a drink woman on phone so very kind and helpful and man that delivered it works at the place what a lovely person didnot think there was many kind people still about they made me feel happy once again thankyou so much to all of you

First time experience at this restaurant/takeaway tonight after many weeks of seeing recommendations. To make it short and sweet, one of the best takeaways I have had with absolutely outstanding service. From the wonderful lady who first answered my call, to the lovely delivery driver who brought the food, to the absolutely delicious meal I got to enjoy tonight. Great laid back, but extremely efficient service. A marvellous variety of food, served to an impeccable standard.
We went following amazing reviews online, and we were not disappointed! The staff, decor, and food was INCREDIBLE! We’re still talking about it. It was my mother’s birthday. I called and asked for something special, not only did they present a beautiful cake with candles, they also presented a birthday card with another special gift.
We travelled 30 minutes to get there, and we will make the journey again very soon.
