I came to the pub to watch the rugby, great atmosphere! Staff were amazing and very friendly. We ordered food, it came very quickly and was AMAZING! Really think the pub has changed due to the new manager ! Would highly recommend.
We had a great time here today, the drinks were served promptly and the food was great. Service was fairly quick and all the staff were very polite and in good spirits, always nice to find somewhere with 2 for 1 cocktails too! Huge beer garden so enough space for children and pets too :)
Came here with a friend, we really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. Drinks were really nice and fast, as was the food.
Our server was Rhys and our cook was Connor, both were really friendly and could have a good laugh. Service was consistent and I would more than happily come again. There was such a nice atmosphere and can't complain at all.
Recently Moved to the area and think I found my new local!! Been in once a week for the past month and has been amazing every time! Foods lovely, live music on a Friday and it was refreshing to see the new manager getting stuck in with team training!!! Will be continuing to go and will be bringing my friends!! The staff are lovely!!!
Came to the pub with friends to watch the football, we could’nt find a seat but the lovely guy at the bar who served us (goes by the name as rhys at the till) found us a space to sit very quickly. We then ordered food via the app. Came very quickly considering the pub was very busy. Very nice presentation. The blonde lady who delivered our food was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. It was lovely to see that the staff at the pub made sure we had everything we needed, looking ar the reviews of the pub i feel they don’t do it justice ! Amazing place! I praise the whole team at the william bourne !!
I had the updated chicken tikka and a nice pint of carling to go with, the lovely bar maid Chloe offered a cold glass which was a brilliant bonus. Must say service was brilliant and major improvements which I believe is down to new management
I have been meaning to write a review since we came to the reggae event on Saturday, it was absolutely fantastic, special mention to Charlotte and her face paining skills, what a fab team you have there, it’s been a while since we have seen the pub in its glory. Looking forward to the up coming Karaoke nights.
Lovley pub looks nice from the out side and in side u have table and chairs out the front and garden out the back car park bar staff nice food good and will go bk
Popped into this pub for a quick bite to eat on my own.
Unfortunately they had no pies which is what I first wanted but they had a Tuesday burger lunch deal which the lady behind the bar recommended.
The portion of chips were quite small but other than that, everything was freshly made and was great.
Can't fault the value at £6.99 for burger, chips and a soft drink!
We came up for dinner and ending up spending the whole evening here. Food was delicious, staff amazing and on this night there was a live singer!
If your looking for a tasty meal and some entertainment this the place to be in Chessington.

Had fun at this pub with friends. They have a pool table, dart board and good food. They have a little garden with a cover so you can eat and sit outside.
Charlotte delivers the best service (trays) not to mention she’s a a 8/10 potentially a 9, bf lets her down, she delivers trays on time, unbelievable baby Guinness skills
Great pub, cheap prices for lunch, delicious food! Staff were great and very attentive
So nice to see the improvements being made In the pub, It even smells cleaner, Lucy is a little gem in that pub. Can’t wait for the new events coming up, Love a bit of Karaoke.
Absolutely love the Bourne, especially since Zoe has taken over, she has done an immaculate job such a friendly, GM, great staff too, Rhys, Connor and Kaylaa I have to give them an applause for sticking around when times are tough (give them a pay rise) and to the new bar staff Lucy and Charlotte, excellent customer service and always made to feel welcome, outstanding atmosphere
I really wanted to highlight how incredible Charlotte is - she has looked after us all afternoon , really friendly , professional and just ensured we were looked after at all times , lovely service , thank you Charlotte ❤️
