Always super breakfast and reasonably charged for £9.99 you can eat what you like and as much as you like with tea and coffee and fruit juices all inclusive of the price. Plus as it’s self service you can choose your portion size. Lovely staff, very accommodating. I would recommend this for sure
Really enjoyed Sunday lunch. It was my partners Birthday. Food fabulous so much so we took a doggy bag home for evening dinner. It was slightly cold inside wear a coat but we all need to save on excessive heating bill. Are Lady severer was excellent not sure of name Black Lady very pleasant gave her a cash tip as tip not on bill please do the same if you enjoy..Will we go again yes. As it was a private lunch I will add photos of spare food (doggy bag) & cat on loo. Just been again for Sunday roast food as good as ever 30th April
Stayed next door at the Premier Inn, ate here both nights of our stay. Food was great, plenty of choice. Loads of food with each meal, we were all stuffed at the end.
Really nice Beefeater!
When here after visiting Chessington for the day and was pleasantly surprised. Wanted somewhere to eat that would fill us up and not have the extortionate prices that the park has.
The food was great, although the chicken was slightly over cooked but we overlooked this. The staff where great and very friendly and polite.
The menus wasn’t too badly prices and the kids 3 course mean for £5.99 was brilliant value.
If we were ever this way again I’d definitely revisit.
Yasmine was so polite and sorted out any issues we had so credit to her is definitely needed, other than the steaks being under cooked all the food was hot and delicious so if it wasn’t for those few issues would have been 5 stars for the service and Yasmine 🫶🏻
Outstanding food, drinks a little slow to arrive, table service was just right. Nice venue, fabulous interior decor. Would definitely come again.
Came in for an early dinner with our 3 and 6 year olds. Service was absolutely fantastic. Especially for a Sunday evening. We had Sophie serving us and she was excellent. Very helpful throughout our meal. Even supplied us with a tea towel full of ice for our littlest monster when she decided to fall off the bench. Food was good pub grub. Burgers were juicy and extra hot sauce requirements were met. Food arrived very swiftly, including our second course. Can't fault them. Everyone had a lovely evening and we left with a smile on our faces. Staff here really made our evening.
We ate here while stopping at the Premier Inn and can't fault the service. On one night we had a server called Joshua P and he was amazing. He heard us say about my daughter being diabetic and asked if we needed our food order to be hurried to which was said it was OK but was great to be asked.
Would happy to eat here again.

Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the restaurant very busy, and unfortunately, it resulted in a longer wait time than expected. However, McKenzie's exceptional customer service and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction made a significant impact on our overall experience.
Even during the busy period, McKenzie went above and beyond to compensate for the delay. Recognizing our children's patience, he generously offered complimentary desserts to make up for the prolonged wait. His kind gesture not only put smiles on our children's faces but also demonstrated his compassion and genuine concern for our experience.
When we finally received our food, we were delighted. The dishes were prepared to perfection, leaving us satisfied and content. The quality and taste of the meal exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't help but appreciate the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff.

The food was mostly very tasty as we expect from a Beefeater. The staff were friendly, especially the barman during the day who was always very helpful and chatty. An all round positive experience and I would recommend a visit
Food was really nice, not all of the restaurant floors were open and they did seem really busy and service did seem a bit rushed. We never booked a table so we were put in front of the bar, which wasn't ideal with 3 kids and the chairs were not comfy for sitting and eating for long periods. After a few minutes of pondering, I got my phone out and booked a table, then we were moved into the restaurant table area with suitable seating. Lol! Bit silly really, would have been nice if we were asked "would you like to book a table?". Nevermind, overall experience was good and the main thing, the food was great!
