Food always delivered hot. Not had an issue with soggy chips, uncooked chicken or missing parts of the order for nearly 4 years of using them. I would say its become quite expensive.

Pepes is a restaurant that truly captures the delicious flavors it offers. Whether you dine in or take away, the taste remains consistent, unlike some other places where the flavors seem to change. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere with good decor, reminiscent of a classic chicken and chip shop. However, when it comes to comparing it to Nando's, Nando's still holds its own unique charm.
One aspect that stands out about Pepes is its pricing. It is undeniably overpriced for what it offers. With an average meal costing around £11, it seems too high considering the value provided. The only reason my family and I choose to dine there occasionally is because we sometimes get a discount through Uber, and it happens to be the only halal restaurant in our vicinity.
The service at Pepes started off on a rocky note when they first opened, but it seems they are making efforts to improve. However, they still have room for improvement. There have been instances where they have not been consistent in reading the order, resulting in missing items. This becomes frustrating, especially when Uber charges for the missing food, claiming it has been sorted out.
The exorbitant prices become even more apparent when ordering a family meal for take away. Estimating around £60 to £70 for a family meal feels excessive and unreasonable.
Despite the issues with pricing and service, the food itself is delicious. The flavors are perfect, and I hope Pepes continues to expand its menu options, providing even more variety for its customers.
In conclusion, Pepes offers tasty food with flavors that remain consistent. However, the overall experience is marred by high prices, inconsistent service, and occasional missing items from orders. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to address these concerns, particularly the pricing, to enhance the customer experience.
My favourite Pepe's is the Walthamstow one but as it's far I decided to order from this one with not much expectations. However, while it's not as spicy as the one is stow, it is definitely as flavourful and I am so pleasantly surprised. Happy that I don't have to trek so much to get my pepe's fix anymore!
I have been using Pepe’s ever since they opened earlier in 2021.The customer area is always clean and tidy. The food is DELICIOUS and the staff are nice and friendly they always dealt with my orders with professionalism and if I had any issues with the delivery they always sorted it out for me even though the delivery is done via turf party companies eg Uber eats .

Had to wait a few mins before staff came to serve but the lady who served me was very helpful and polite. Wished all good venues had similar staff.
Food was amazing chips could have been a bit bigger like the palmers green store but I am loosing weight so not a biggie.

Pepe's in CHESHUNT ( the Pond )...my fiancee and I have visited this branch several times and have been served by Bethanie who has given us an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE every time we go there. The food is simply delicious and we highly recommend this branch..THANK YOU BETHANIE..we shall see you soon

Although the customer service is not quite 100% this is one amazing Periperi shop. I've been a good few times now and hands down the best burger I have had and wings and chicken.

Have been to cheshunt branch a few times now , Laura the waitress is amazing , professional and polite as well as the waiters who always greeted me with a smile .
Food is always tasty , and I recommend the burrito although tbh I've had a few items on the menu and all of them is packed up with chicken better than any restaurant around ( peri dips is just the best too )

Ordered my first meal on Saturday night i had the Chicken fillet in pitta and chip meal. I must say it was very very nice, great portions sizes and loads of chips.. Better than Nandos.... Will defitantly buy again....
