Really good food. Excellent Thai food with really good service, beer is mostly Fullers brands but they also had the excellent Verdant Light Bulb and Beavertown Neck Oil Plus we bumped into some local celebrities Alex Horne and Tim Key!
Great pub in the old town with a stream running down the side of it. Serving tasty Thai food and Fuller's beers. 10mins walk and your in rolling countryside!

Excellent choice and very good value in a cracking restaurant within a lovely traditional pub. Our waitress ,Lucy, was very good, very knowledgeable and attentive. The hot and spicy sea bass is superb and there's a good selection of beers and wines on offer. Definitely eating here again.
We had another fantastic visit to The Queen’s Head. The service was exceptional and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. The refurbishment looks great and the food delicious! We’ll be back again very soon.

I visited this pub with my walking group and I want to congratulate everyone at the pub. We were so many of us and the food was lovely, prepared on time and warm. As for the decor it’s one of my favourites. Warm and cosy! From the desserts, I’d suggest you try the fried banana (see image below)
