Lives up to its name. There are a few pirates in there, along with barflys people with no teeth and no life. I don't mind that sort of place for a quick pint but wouldn't make a habit of it.
It's a small & bit quite local bar. We visited it just for tge name sake. It has a garden at the back. One snooker table. Parking on the street is limited and free in the evening.

Had my 30th birthday in here as a joint party with a friend. Would highly recommend it! Very clean (constantly walking round all night cleaning up glasses etc) and they are so friendly, they also let you decorate how you want and such a great price! Nice little cheap and cheerful, Boozer, where alot of the locals meet and drink on a daily basis! Good staff and a lovely beer garden, full of flowers, out the back of the pub!👍
