Went in for Sunday roast I don't normally eat them as usually disappointed but smells coming out thought give it a go wasn't disappointed great meal had pork with all trimmings and a large portion of cauliflower cheese very filling all cooked really well definitely go again
Really great service here, we booked in advance for 12 people. We were able to preorder our mains to make the whole process so easy and relaxed. Food was amazing and was served in good time and very hot, I'm sure we will be returning :)
We had a great lunch here following a walk. There were 16 of us and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient. Our dogs who were on the dirty side following the walk were welcomed too and also got special attention with water and treats.

The food was lovely , nice & hot and the crackling was perfectly cooked.
There was a very friendly atmosphere in the pub and the staff couldn't do enough for us.

Nice pub with a traditional feel. The beer was excellent and the food, though quite plain (suits me perfectly) was also good. The service was exceptional. Nice car park which is behind the pub, entrance is signed off the main road. Recommended.

This place is amazing, the food is phenomenal. The best pub I have eaten at. The service is spot on and the atmosphere is great too. Very friendly, extremely welcoming. Even the locals welcome you here. Andy the owner is a wonderful man.

Really yummy grub, good beer, just slightly chilled for summer. Great atmosphere and knows their customers by name. I went with my brother to his 'local' and it was great.

Lovely dog friendly pub! Had a Sunday roast here after a walk up Cherhill monument. The staff were so friendly and even gave our dogs a bowl each of veggies and gravy! The food was delicious, we will definitely be back again.
Went with my wife and 2 friends and our dogs for Sunday lunch. Fantastic food, great friendly service. What a lovely touch by bringing our dogs their own Sunday lunches too! Will most certainly be back.
The new management that took over try their very hardest. Very friendly, clean, the service is excellent, approachable staff. Appetising seasonal lunch and a decent glass of red wine in a quirky English pub. What more could you ask for?!
