Whow what a little gem of a place. Food and drinks first rate. Lady that runs it is a breath of fresh air with her witty comment about her food and herself. Leo her helper was a little embarrassed when introduced to us while commented we had a grandson with same name and they were both gorgeous boys which the owner couldn't help teasing him. A place well worth searching out.

What a lovely little find. Super cute and small with big comfy chairs to sink in to, we were served by a lady & young fella who were both super enthusiastic about the Cwtch and very friendly. All food freshly prepared and after our baguettes & coffee we were offered another drink and little chocolate brownie on the house. Very enjoyable. We also met another couple in there who had also found this little gem via Google and had a lovely chat with them over lunch.

Absolutely Brilliant 🤩 find! We went right past this place from the car park and went all round the town to find lunch. Marion Leo and Luciano could not do enough for us!! Lovely fresh salad with bacon tomato and cheese toastie! Lovely coffee too. We were able to sit outside in the ☀️ sunshine and keep an eye on our bikes. Sun comes round outside just after midday if you are a sun worshiper!

We loved stopping off for lunch here whilst it was raining. The staff were really friendly, socialable and created a homely feel. I had the triple bacon and my wife had the Cwtch bagel. I wish I had taken a picture of the food as it was just as delicious as the other pictures look. The homemade salad was full of flavour and a variety of vegetables. The walnut cake was a very generous size and you could tell it was lovingly made. I would highly recommend this place.

Great lunch, however the service was a little challenging. We arrived at 1.30pm on a Saturday, seated and given menus and there were other people eating food, we ordered drinks but when we tried to order food ourselves we were told the person that cooks had gone out. At which point the drinks were being made so we felt obliged to stay. The person cooking then returned around 15 minutes later and we waited a further 25-30 minutes for some toasties. When they arrived the food was lovely, so no complaints there. The person cooking also seemed to be the person who owns the business and to be honest, it seemed the chaotic service was more due to the overall running of the cafe rather than the staff waiting the table. Ordered two Gelato’s as we left and they were great. Perhaps we were just unfortunate with the time we arrived but we felt it was a fairly normal time to arrive at a cafe for some lunch.

Came across this lovely little café by accident while visiting Chepstow Castle. The service was friendly and welcoming. It is on the expensive side compared to other cafés in the area, but the food was fresh and tasty.

Had a lovely lunch. All food is homemade and freshly prepared. The stone baked baguette was amazing along with homemade cake. The menu does not do the food justice so when it arrived was very pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return. Don't be put off by the pricey looking menu. You get what you pay for!
