You get a really good feeling when you walk in, very light and airy, nicely decorated. Lack of food selection for lunch time. Was out of bacon or sausage roll and bacon and brie panini

Great new Costa in Chepstow. Bright airy and a friendly welcome with great staff. In a tired high street itโ€™s nice to see an injection of colour and vibrancy.

New Costa: love what they've done with the place. So much space, nice decor, light and airy, and the coffee is good too. Old Costa: Need to sort the service out but a good experience in the end.

Iconic Event 'Ride Across Britain' passes by the door every year. Staff very accommodating to large orders for take away for the pitstop crew. Rider's take advantage of this establishment & set on a street corner in a very quaint location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic & busy road's. Very welcoming inside & one of the nicest Costa going. Better than the prefab units you usually associate with a leading provider. ๐Ÿ‘

Having recently moved to the area and had no wifi for a couple of weeks, I asked the manager (Maxine I believe) if she minded me working out of her coffee shop. She was extremely understanding and couldn't have been more inviting. Her and the team have welcomed me every day, are always smiling, offer to watch my belongings when I need the toilet and couldn't really be more lovely. As I camp out most of the day, I'm very conscious of taking up space when it gets busy, but whenever I offer to leave and come back, they always tell me it's not necessary and I can stay as long as I like, as long as the wifi holds up (which it always does). Being an ex-coffee shop manager, I can see how hard this team works and the service they provide every customer. I make sure to purchase items throughout the day and eat lunch here each time... which is adding to my waistline, but it's the least I can do. Really pleased to have chosen this coffee shop to work from, as we are getting to know more and more staff and also visit on weekends with the kids. Thanks Costa Chepstow team!

Costa was established in 1971 and celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving advice on the products on sale. The iced coffee latte was very refreshing on a hot sunny day.

Always love coffee n Costa is not a bad place to go for quick one. I like this place coz of their friendly n great service. Cool n attentive staff providing great n fast service. Coffee is always good with their sandwiches. Nice friendly atmosphere. Everyone was enjoying their time n coffee in their own way. All I didnโ€™t like is 1 toilet causing long queue like in Lidl ๐Ÿ˜. Otherwise its nice place for cosying urself in this cold.
