We go to the riverside wine bar regularly for Sunday Lunch, special occasions and just for a drink. Such lovely friendly staff. Beautiful
cozy open fire in the winter and amazing riverside location in the summer-this place has got it all. Food quality, portion size and choice and wine list is second to none. Recently refurbished, but still maintains the wonderful ambience and friendliness it always has.
I love this place! Lovely atmosphere and fab location. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. We went here for Father's Day and the roast dinner was amazing, we all agreed it's the best we've eaten in Chepstow!! Also highly recommend the gin menu it's gorgeous.

This was a truly magical find myself and a great friend / business colleague went here Wednesday just gone and what a glorious spot . Amazing venue / food / setting and very warm reception from star and proprietor/ owner 💞👏👏👏👏👌👌I shall definitely be using this for events and regular place to meet girlfriends xx

Was at the Riverside Wine Bar Friday night for my 'Ballet Christmas Do' and have to say it is one of the best nights I've had in a long time!
The atmosphere was fantastic, the food delicious and the staff were wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after so well.
The live music was a bonus, I had no idea it would be there.
The only negative was that my feet hurt from dancing all night lol!

Fab food, excellent service and perfect location the only thing that let the whole experience down was the table celebrating a 40th birthday who were quite loud. Despite this we will definitely go back.

Walked into town and along the riverbank on Saturday night. Was lovely weather so it was busy but managed to grab a table outside at this restaurant. Lovely staff who were very attentive, you have to order your food inside and only a chalkboard menu but that wasn’t an issue. Lots of fresh seafood on the menu and good prices too.
We had starters of chicken wings with blue cheese sauce and Potatoes bravas which were both succulent, tasty and fresh.
Mains of Fish and chips and Poach salmon were beautiful. Fish and chips were fresh, crispy, hot and good portions even came with Curry Sauce!!! The poach salmon was presented perfectly with fresh asparagus and Hollandaise sauce.
Would highly recommend this place and was one of the best meals I’ve had in Chepstow!
We came to visit on a Monday and had phenomenal fish dishes (sea bass and salmon). The staff were absolutely delightful. Cannot fault the food or the service and can’t wait to come back to sample more!
One of the nicest restaurant experiences we've had. Fantastic food with a great selection of seafood and a nice little kids menu too, friendly staff, great spot next to the river and the atmosphere and design of the place is very nice. My wife and kids said it was the best looking restaurant because of the decor.
Great food, well priced. Staff friendly, hard working and contributed to a great Saturday evening. Nothing too much trouble, a late ice cream for our daughter - no problem. Top marks for the live music and atmosphere. Looking forward to returning regularly.
For a new place only running just in last 2 months is very good.
We will go back for more mussels.

Good choice of a pub - restaurant - cafe in Chepstow. Located in a nice area, by the river, which you can actually see when sitting outside at the top tables. Good food, although the options are quite limited. Good service and friendly staff. Overall reasonable prices. Good interior.
Wow - the staff are FANTASTIC - from the Kitchen to the bar staff including Curtis the manager of the garden bar - Who is very hot - so you have to go and check him out as well as the wine bar.
Great indoor/outdoor seating - Dog friendly and they sell ice cream's also.
Parking - free on road and car park nearby.
Great service and delicious food. The location is absolutely wonderful - if the weather is nice, you can sit on the river.
Really good spot to chill by the river. The food was good. Service was good. We liked the spainish music playing outside the give you that feeling of being abroad.

Lovely drinks and great food really good portions. The Pims pitcher is a MUST in the summer time! Great service, even though the football was on outside, the staff were checking on us inside. Only thing I will say is the menu is VERY limited and didn’t have everything advertised as online. Bit of a shame but we still had a great time!
A wonderful restaurant with very friendly staff, John & Tracy (the owners) were courteous and made us feel welcome. The restaurant (now named the Ribera) is in a great spot on the River Wye with pleasant views. The food was exceptional and I can honestly say the Sunday roast was the best I have ever tasted and I do not give compliments like that away lightly. We actually dined here three days in a row! We will certainly be returning.
Lovely little place with an absolutely stunning view, very friendly staff as well. I'll be back !
