We live in Chepstow and so regularly visit Chatterbox Cafe. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. The coffee is great, and the new food menu is awesome. I visited on Friday and had a lovely chicken and bacon baguette. My wife and I also popped in yesterday and even though it was quite close to closing time, the ladies made us some fantastic paninis, the best I have had in a long time. We will keep coming back and supporting this brilliant local business.

Had our first visit here today and cannot wait to go back, it is an amazing coffee shop with the most friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble to them. We had the chicken & bacon BBQ melt and Chicken tikka and cheese Panini's, the presentation was second to none and I can honestly say they were by far the best I have ever had, we also tried the cakes which again were amazing. We cannot wait to return ��
Really lovely local coffee shop. Fresh food and tasty. Coffee is very nice too. The coffee shop is lovely and tidy, clean and comfortable. It’s great that there’s lots of parking behind If you are nipping by for a coffee.

Had a great morning coffee at Chatterbox while waiting for the morrello Clinic van to be serviced. The staff are superb and the atmosphere is nice relaxed and friendly.
Such a gem on the high street! Chatterbox is one of the nicest cafes that I've ever visited, with lovely decor, splendid food and friendly servers. The cakes/desserts are exquisite too. The only small fault is that it's quite a small room so it gets quite hot and stuffy at times, it could benefit from better aircon/ventilation. Chatterbox has quickly become my favourite place to go to grab breakfast/lunch and I love showing it off to visitors when they stay with me.
Went for breakfast for the first time ever on Saturday at 10am. Had heard a good buzz about the place from friends. Was very happy with food and coffee. My wife said decaf cappucino was the best she had tasted and was extra hot as we asked for. Big breakfast was good value at £8. We also had eggs Benedict.
It was mad busy at the time we arrived but settled down quickly. The staff coped well with the stress. It’s a small venue and a lot of congestion at the door but seating area is fine.
We will visit again for coffee and cake.
It’s not a hidden gem btw, it’s on the main road 😝
But seriously, these guys are friendly and the food is amazing. I love the bacon and scrambled egg bagels. Never disappoints!

We went to Chatterbox today for the first time. The staff were lovely especially a young lady called Taylor. We ordered food for ourselves and our 2 year old which they brought out already cut up for us so it was cooling and ready for her to eat straight away. *winner winner with a grumpy hungry 2 year old* She was really lovely to our girl as well which definitely made the experience for us there all the more better.
The food! Was AMAZING! We had the stacked pancakes and the eggs benedict (with bacon!) all cooked to perfection and tasted amazing, the perfect breakfast for a Saturday. Great value for money and the coffee was great! You can’t go wrong with a great cup of coffee.
Really lovely atmosphere in this café! Staff are super friendly and put a lot of effort into the presentation of the coffee and the food. Staff were really helpful with gluten free and dairy free options.
A real hidden gem, this place. The breakfast and cakes are excellent. There are plenty of staff who are efficient and attentive so you're never left waiting for ages. Highly recommended.
