Well, we were the only people today in the whole restaurant (Sunday 11am) eating breakfast, so although there was no atmosphere as such, it was really lovely. Beautiful setting on 5th floor with panoramic views, and lovely furniture, decor and table wear. Food and coffee was nice. Service was very
