Always efficient, always friendly. The staff work together as a team to serve customers quickly. By far the best Greggs I've visited.
Food is usually pretty good. I've had a luke-warm sausage roll on a few occasions, which definitely isn't 63*C holding temperature, but it tastes good so I'm not really bothered.
The place place is neat, though it had a stand in line but the line was moving fast, I totally loved the doughnuts and coffee

For those that dont use this chain normally... the prices are pretty cheap considering.

Nice pastry place where you can get cheap but really good coffee and some sweets, bread, sausage rolls, hot soup and many, many more. Always fresh products. Probably this isn't the healthiest choice but who said you have to have pastries every day :-P
Very friendly and welcoming from the minute they open.
I always ask when they open for a baguette (for lunch) and they are more than happy to make it... other Greg's in Gloucester and Cheltenham that I have gone into first thing in the morning do not compare to the staff here!! 😊😊
