Costa Coffee - Cheltenham - Photo album

I only used the drive through so I'm not sure about the atmosphere. But staff were excellent and it was very quick to get served. The egg, spinach and mushroom roll is nice for a meat free option. I usually have a latte but the white chocolate mocha is very nice but probably not good for my weight
This Costa is so spacious and has a lovely vibe! The staff is very patient and helpful. Great service, food and ambience. The place has plenty of parking space. It has outdoor seating as well. The store offers drive thru service too. A very refreshing beginning of the day ahead on Easter Sunday.
An other lovely Costa, at time of my visit 2 young ladies where working in early morning, been welcomed and severed nice cappuccino, this place must be newly opened or refinished as it’s magnificent, local resident are so lucky
I usually prefer local coffee shop, but this morning I went to Aldi and decided to stop for a coffee at this Costa. I couldn't have taken a better decision. Cawan took our order, the girl ( I am sorry I didn't asked her name ) made me an amazing oat cappuccino - and I am pretty picky, being Italian!
Really friendly staff, highlight of my dogs day is seeing all his 'girlfriends' at the drive through!
Always a good easy place for a coffee & snack.
Go just about every week. Great service as always.
Staff were friendly, helpful and smiley. Coffee was great however as you tend to find with a lot of Costa coffee establishments outside tables had not been cleaned and there was quite a bit of rubbish. Also, please, please, please get rid of the glass ashtrays and stop encouraging outside smoking wh
Most of the time the take away coffee is full. Unfortunatly on some occasions I've been served less than normal in the drive through and didn't find out until I drove off and parked up to put my sweetener in. No large cups due to delivery issues understandable but medium cup I'm not used to the weig
Excellent, taste heat and service with a smile. Would definitely recommend, always pop in when passing. Had time to sit inside and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.
Served by a lovely young lady who was so nice at 8am in the morning. Food was delicious and the coffee was hot and tastes really good.
Only started visiting recently but, every time I do, I get a really friendly welcome and very good coffee. It's such a shame it closes at 6pm as I'd love to drop in on my way home.
Popular Costa and of all the Costa stores in Cheltenham this for me is the No1 branch. Always a warm welcome and a clean and tidy environment.
Had the ginger bread santas and they were great.
Staff polite and friendly. Coffee was lovely, also had a Pork bap which was rather nice. We did have to clean a table before we sat and at the time we went it wasn't busy.
