Fairly nice chain cafe/restaurant, with a French twist.
We had a three course meal, my steak was very good & cooked to my liking, thought that the drinks where a little pricey for what you got.
Service was friendly, prompt & we had no issues.
Only on a few occasions I have been dinning and lunching at this restaurant, so I could not give too much details about their food, but I must say they have a great dish called Demi Poulet, which is a half roast chicken, marinated with garlic and herbs and it’s so delicious. The chicken is fresh and crispy and the fries that comes on the side are perfect. I also love the Sourdough Flatbread with garlic and Emmental cheese and it is absolutely great for a starter. Many of my friends tried the Salmon and they said it’s fantastic. I’m not a fan of fish, so I didn’t get a taste, but it looks appetizing!
I would definitely recommend this restaurant on your ‘to go eat at’ list, if you have one 😉
The food is excellent here the wating staff have gone out of there way to make sure your order is corect one of the best place to eat in Cheltenham will defiantly be back for more.
They have designated vegan & glutan free menus to cater for everyone & they make sure to ask if you have any food allergies, so they can accommodate appropriately.
if you just pop in for a quick coffee or a bite to eat this is the place to be
Booked online for afternoon at 12 only to be told it wasn't served until two they say they would ask the kitchen but we decided on the main menu I had chicken and chipsbwhich was lovely. Quick service and friendly staff.
Lovely brunch at Cafe Rouge, Cheltenham. Great attentive service with staff going out of their way to accommodate the dogs as well. Very nice coffee - I ordered a vanilla latte and the syrup comes on the side so you can add to taste which I really like. The food was also good - we had pancakes with fresh fruit and a croissant. The croissant and coffee deal is great - £3.50 for both. The fruit was lovely and fresh and pancakes fluffy. Very nice experience.
Delicious food and lovely staff as always
The best part is the terrace upstairs. Very nice decor and big spaces both downstairs and upstairs.
Had a family meal here for a birthday
Booked ahead which I would recommend.
Our server,Agi,was really pleasant and helpful.
We chose the sharing board starter which was tasty and enough for the four of us.The mains and desserts were delicious. Pleasantly surprised by the pricing too.would definitely go again.
Great place, good food you can have a great time with your friends
Great service , great food and great drinks. Excellent service from waiter Alex. Also received good service from Scott the Barman and the manager was very pleasant also his name is Marcus. Only critique is that they turned the music off about half an hour before close I guess to hint they are closing soon but we were still eating dessert and it meant we could hear them dragging the tables around . Maybe just leave some quiet music on? The live musician was superb very talented played the guitar and sang live very good music would be of interest to all ages as he was playing timeless classics very nice. Will definitely be returning soon. Hopefully on the last Friday of the month as the musician plays then!!!!
This is our favourite restaurant in Cribbs Causeway. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. There is an excellent menu and great value for money. Especially if you use their vouchers. Their steaks (especially the Fillet ) are cooked to perfection. Thoroughly recommend a visit.
Lovely food in a lovely location on the Promenade. It's a chain so you kind of know what to expect, but I must say the staff were very helpful with our kids. And when I walked out leaving my laptop, they kept it safe for me until I returned. Food gets 4 stars, ambience and staff get 5.
