Mcdonald's - Cheltenham - Photo album

Really polite and friendly staff. Also the cleanest Macdonalds I’ve been in for a long time. Well done to the staff.
Came through Cheltenham as we needed charge for the EV on the way south and stopped off at McDonald’s for breakfast as the local beefeater had all their tables booked. Ordering using self serve screens were as to be expected and the food was prepared quickly. For some reason the food was prepared a
Turned up late before closing but the staff welcomed us and were very accommodating considering the time we arrived and how many there were of us. The food was quickly provided and was still warm and delicious.
It's a good enough mcdonalds. Busy at rush hour. First coffee I got from them, I asked for sugar and didn't get a stirer (through the drivethrough!), and the next was a caramel latte, and although I asked for a stirer, by not stirring it, the last 3rd of the cup made me a whacky face from the weird
Mate. These guys always come through with quick service and quality food. We only ever come to this Maccies as it's the best in the area. Last Wednesday, they beat their record on time; we got served our food WITH MODS...... in 4 MINUTES 😱😱😱AND THEY WERE CORRECT 😍😍😍honestly, can't hype them up enoug
As a person travelling around the country and needing to eat or stop along the way, I have visited many of McDonald's franchises. Having experienced good and horrific service. However, at this location, I found the service fast, order correct, and the team perfect
Great food and service, a very busy restaurant. We ordered table service and everything arrived hot and promptly.
Fresh food (most likely because they were busy). For a mid to large order I'd say the staff moved quite quick. That was a nice surprise to collect my order in less than 5min from purchase. Very small car park.
It's just your regular McDonald's. The only thing with this one is the parking and queuing up, causing chaos in the car park. It leads out into a retail park, or the other direction is straight out onto a busy roundabout. So when it gets busy, I'd probably find an alternative! Toilets were clean but
The man working on the floor was fantastic. He automatically gave my boys activities to play with. An item of the order was missing and he sorted it out straight away.
I'm driving up and down this beautiful country, one of the last things my disabilities allow me to do + the fortunate side effect of an unfortunate situation. It's McDonald's between Land's end and John O'Groats, this is the fourth time I've been and yet they have to make a mistake. Friendly staff t
