Great service by the girl at the till. She was on her own but still very friendly.
The food is very tasty however a little pricey but you won’t be disappointed! - food came hot and fresh. Drinks were very yummy! (We got iced frappes - pics below).

Really nice coffee shop. Good mix of small coffee chain professionalism and cost mixed with a local coffee shop's excellent service. Lovely people working here and the children's meal is great if you've got a very young one (ours is two and she loves the sandwiches!)

Really friendly service by two cheery girls - best customer service I've had in a cafe for a long time!! Good prices and don't charge extra for milk alternatives which is brilliant. Came here instead of Nero which would've been £3.20 for regular oat cappuccino and got a large oat cappacino here for

We like to avoid the big chain coffee shops and it really paid off with our visit to Triple Two Coffee today in Cheltenham. We wanted tea for two, but I only drink Redbush tea, which they didn't stock. They were too happy for me to provide my own teabag. I usually pay the same as my husband's breakf
Nice coffee shop, great tasting coffee and a nice cake! Only reason it's not 5 stars is there was a strange smell in there! Couldn't figure out what it was but it would probably put me off from sitting in there again! Highly recommended to get a takeaway coffee though!
The Icebrew is amazing (so are the hot coffees) and their food is good to!

The staff are absolutely splendid, super friendly and always up for a bantery chat. The coffee is the best on the high street, beautifully sweet and creamy! Always choose this cute place over any other, prefect vibe and coffee ^_^ x
Nice coffee. Had the brie, caralmalised red onion and rocket bagette which was really nice. Relaxed atmosphere. Like the decor. Lots of space. WiFi works. Good prices. What else could you ask from a coffee shop?! Staff are friendly, talkative and look very efficient behind the bar. Well done guys. K

Really relaxing place to have a good coffee and catch up. Loads of dairy alternative milks available - which is a huge bonus, in my opinion. The toasties are really good too.

My Cappuccino was excellent. There was a friendly welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. The selection of snacks and sandwiches looked great.
