Such a fantastic old pub. Lit by candlelight in the evening. The landlady was so welcoming, as was the barmaid.our Pup Rudy was made to feel just as welcome, with a pet and a treat. There is a lovely stream running through the garden. Honestly, this place is really worth a visit. It's like stepping
One of the most picturesque pubs in the Cotswolds. The Sunday lunch was absolutely fantastic and great value.
The service is informal and extremely friendly. Unlike some pubs, you are not rushed and with all the cozy little corners, all the tables are tucked away so it’s a very private dining exper
Atmospheric inn with loads of olde world charm and a large outside garden with brook running through part of it.
We've been coming here for about 40 years and feel very comfortable during each visit. Insides are brilliant with odd corners and plenty of space in 3 separate rooms. 2 rooms have open in
Lovely old Sam Smith pub that relies on dry sales. Good service and a certain ambience. Very popular for Sunday lunch. Plenty of parking. One of the few sam smiths that take card payments so fill your boots. Recommended
Lovely atmospheric old pub, dog friendly too , Charming garden with a stream running through it..
Simple food menu, but we'll cooked, bar staff super friendly.
We stopped overnight in our camper, reay quiet night with a lovely walk starting just across the road the following morning.
Definitely
Stopped by at a friend's recommendation. My wife and I eaach had a pint, perfectly poured and delicious. Great, rustic atmosphere inside and beautiful beer garden out back. Absolutely worth a stop.
Lovely pub. Food was nice and tasty. Cosy atmosphere. Only draw back was no wine selection and thought the wine offered was bit over priced as it was nothing special. But all in all had an enjoyable visit.
Decent food and beer. Not gastro / real ale, but decent. Very pleasant beer garden by the stream in the sun.
My wife and I stopped for a drink here on a walk from Chedworth - it has reopened and is a truly beautiful pub in the middle of a lovely village. Great Sam Smith's beers and fantastic service. Would definitely come again!
We were looking for some quiet local place with British food, British people and British atmosphere. Everywhere around we only found places, that looked exactly opposite. Then I decided to turn to The Mill Inn, few miles off the main road for some tasty Sunday roast and I couldn't make better decisi
