Quaint place to have a relaxing drink and watch the world go by. Amazing service, exceptional service by the young Barista staff member, Eleanor.

A lovely cafe in one of Cheltenhams older buildings so lots of character inside! Situated in a quiet location just of the High Street with plenty of outside seating in the sun! Staff are friendly, efficient and make the best coffee I've had! Food is good, the jacket potatoes are huge and there is a large variety of sandwiches and locally made cakes. I highly recommend a trip!

Jacket potatoes very nice along with the coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just one suggestion though. The place could really do with table numbers as the staff had no idea who ordered what. We were asked 4 times if the drinks or food were ours

The Soho house roast is very nice, the pecan flapjack was delicious, the staff was very friendly. Perfect calm spot just off the busy shopping precinct. Will definitely go again when next in Cheltenham.

Popped in last week with the family. Made to feel welcome as we put some tables together. I had a coconut mocha which was great. Spoke to the barista who made it who gave me some advice. Great place.

The best bacon cob weve ever had. No fat on the bacon , the roll was super light. Gonna add an egg next time we visit. A very good place very clean attentive staff recommend

I love this coffee shop, it's a little quieter than others and the staff are super friendly and helpful bringing your coffee to you rather than waiting around at the counter. Recommended.

Nice atmosphere, we sat in window so could watch world go by whilst talking, nice coffee, friendly service. Lots o outside seating although today a bit chilly. Only 4 stars as had to wait quite a long time for our food and the cups of Earl Grey tea were quite small for the price - I had to ask for an extra cup of hot water to make it go further.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful & polite. They had to go and get more sausages from another branch and couldn't apologise enough. I was however impressed that they served us breakfast rolls mid-morning as the lunchtime menu started to be displayed. The brioche breakfast roll was filled with a variety of tasty food. Clean with comfortable chairs, I recommend visiting this cafe for a relaxing stop in the town centre.

I am not a massive fan of Chelts, but it does have a plethora of decent places to eat. This is definitely one of them, especially if you're in something of a rush. The staff were lovely, the veggie shakshuka was AMAZING and I am reliably informed that the jacket soud with cheese and slaw was a winner too. Everything came quickly, with smiles and good cheer. Next time I find myself here I think I'll pop back for another perfect portion. Extra yum with egg on top.

The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are quite friendly and helpful. It's a little bit pricier than other coffee shops; but, they offer several reward perks cards (buy 4 potato lunches, get one free; buy 6 coffees, get one free). Plus, the food and coffee are well worth it.
