I've just finished the 3 day detox juice / smoothies and it was a lot easier that I thought!!! That's because the juices and smoothies were soooooooo nice! By the end of the day i didnt feel particularly hungry. I feel great, skin better, sleeping better and feel much more cleansed! Can't wait to do it again very soon. And much much easier than trying to do the juices myself! Completely recommend!!!
Been trying the juices for a week, me and my daughter feel energised and ready for the winter. Hannah delivers them and I freeze them so easy peasy xxx great easy health booster but tasty too.

So, I've never done a juice detox before and I didn't know what to expect. Applebar made it so easy for me and some coworkers to have a successful 3-day programme. I'm not going to lie, it was hard to do, but the results were fantastic. My appetite has decreased, which is a good thing because I have a hefty appetite. I felt energy throughout the entire process. On the third day, I'm not gonna lie, I couldn't wait to have food. But now that I have my first detox under my belt, I can't wait to try it again.
