Found this little oasis when having to waste time while waiting for a train, friendly, warm, comfortable and cosy. I had a lovely lunch of Brie, bacon and cranberry panini and a pot of green tea (the difference a pot makes is huge, instead of dumping a bag in a mug!) and all at a reasonable price! If, like me, you have time between trains then I highly recommend you venture out of the station and spend an hour here! Thank you, you were so lovely yesterday to me and my daughter's dog!

A lovely place to stop for a hot drink and a yummy cake. Vegan and veggie options available too! Fantastic customer service and a cool environment to sit and watch the world go by. Me and my youngest had a lovely hour here. Will definitely come back.

We stopped by this café while our Tesla was being serviced nearby. It offered a spacious workspace with ample seating, making it an ideal place for work. The owner and staff were welcoming, displaying impressive customer service skills and a strong sense of camaraderie.
The reliable Wi-Fi allowed us to be productive for over 3 hours, and we were pleased to find multiple charging ports available.
My father enjoyed numerous cups of English breakfast tea, finding it satisfactory. Meanwhile, I indulged in several large cappuccinos made with oat milk and chocolate powder. They were delightfully sweet and delicious, with the chocolate powder adding just the right touch of sweetness.
The toilet was well-maintained, but the door lock could use improvement. Initially, I had some trouble with it, fearing I was stuck inside. Perhaps a new door and lock would be a worthwhile upgrade.
Tasty fresh croissants, great service. Would recommend.
What a find and a what a deal. The GCM had some great deals going so a vegan sausage toastie and Chai Latte with oat milk at £6.40

I’ve always wanted to stop in before catching a train and luckily enough I had an hour wait. I had a large oat decaf mocha and it was the best mocha I think I’ve ever had, as someone who is lactose intolerant and cant have caffeine I was pleasantly surprised with the range of non dairy milks they offer. The staff were friendly and the place has a lovely cosey feel to it. I ordered my large drink and a cheese and tomato toastie and it all came to a beautiful £7 you cannot complain at at !!

I’ve visited the GCM since 2016 and it just keeps getting better and better. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the coffee is amazing! It’s lovely to see an independent business support others now they stock local bakery items too.

Lovely little coffee shop. Obviously at the moment the CV-19 restrictions are affecting them....its takeaway only at the moment. But the coffee is lovely and the food is great too. The staff are genuinely some of the nicest I've met, nothing is too much for them and they are so friendly. Very close to the TescoExpress in Queens Rd and right opposite the railway station. Really worth a visit.
