We have been meaning to try the much recommended Sunday lunch for ages. Today was the day...What can I say. The food was amazing as was the service and surprisingly inexpensive considering the Quality and portions. Highly recommended and we'll definitely visit again.
Lovely country pub with a warm welcome and great food. This evening's pie was brilliant - as usual - and accompanied by a pile of seasonal veg that was laced with an unbelievable amount of asparagus and mange tout peas. First class pub nosh!

Lovely roast beef dinner, good service, portion size so big a small dinner would have been enough.
Great place for the kids with climbing frame, swings and sometimes a bouncy castle in the beer garden. Good food and local cask ales on offer.
Massive portions, leftovers can be taken away. Friendly staff, great food, really nice vibe!
