Great time here food came quickly and was well serverd and presented. Staff where friendly and helpful with our order. I would recommend booking when possible as was quite busyb

Called here for breakfast and I was very impressed. Very well presented, tasted nice and it was hot, which is not always the case in restaurants. Quick and efficient service.

Really good food! I had low expectations, given other Italian chains and the one time I'd been before, but these turned out to be way off!
Only 4*s, not 5, as it was really let down by the speed of service. The service staff were really friendly and pleasant, but we ended up spending in excess of 2hrs there. They were fully booked, but only has three staff.
While our orders were correct, albeit slow, while we were there two other people had issues; these were sorted out quickly, and with offers of free drinks while waiting for one and the main free for the other, so very respectful!
They were turning people away, so if they'd had more staff and got the food out faster, they'd have actually has a higher turn over and so would've been more profitable to have more staff!
In summary, the food was excellent and the staff very good... Just need more staff! Still 100% recommend :)

Got to be my favourite place for date night. Love the food. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff and me and my husband can be awkward customers. Food comes out in reasonable times. Great atmosphere for families, couples or parties. Would recommend to everyone
We have not visited for many years and were pleasantly surprised. Very good service and good food choices - especially as we are vegetarians. All our group, 6 of us enjoyed our meals and we will definitely go again.
Beautiful! Very nice ! The food was great and it was very quick. The one thing I’m annoyed that is they put a automatic £7 tip on our order. So we asked them to take it off and they said yes. Anyone who comes here beware of that and check your order before you leave. Other than that it was brilliant!
Hubby and I have eaten here twice now, once on a Groupon voucher. Both times the food and service were very good. The only downside was with the voucher it was a smaller menu and the dessert we had on our previous visit wasn't available. Still an enjoyable experience.
We went here as my mum bought me a voucher through Groupon. I wasn't expecting anything special but it was good food and good service. Cannot complain at all. Nice seating area on the promenade in Cheltenham. Very nice place to sit outside on a hot summer's day
I was with a party of eight in the evening of 18.08.16.
Unfortunately due to equipment failure it emerged that it was not possible to eat in the restaurant.
After apologising the manager made a booking on our behalf at a nearby restaurant on very satisfactory terms, thus ensuring an enjoyable evening.
I would like to thank him for his concern and action which saved the evening for us.
We have eaten several times at Bella Italia. We have always had good food served in a friendly efficient manner. I would highly recommend the restaurant..
A friendly, efficient welcoming place to eat. Lots of menu choice. Well cooked and well presented meals. Definitely recommended for a good value tasty meal that is not chips. Yummy puddings too.
