A real gem of a coffee shop Excellent coffee (even my mum said it's the best coffee she has had!) and I totally agree! If I lived closer, I can imagine this place becoming my "go to" coffee place. The 'treats' looked lovely but sadly no time for treats today Highly recommended! I felt at home and very relaxed in.the stylish surroundings. Highly, definitely, absolutely recommend The Coffee Dispensary.

Wonderful people who run it! They had oat milk as a vegan option which is my fave and the coffee was gorgeous tasting.

First coffee shop review in the UK, although we have been to a few. I am very impressed! We drove about an hour out of our way for this mornings coffee, I was setting myself up for disappointment but when I walked in and saw the information wall with the different coffees I was excited. The equipment they use and sell is all top shelf, offering pour overs, sypons, cold drip and aeropress. The staff where knowledgeable and friendly and the entire vibe was welcoming. The decor was fitting, Scandinavian yet still with english charm. The food was well priced and tasty, the big question however and why we are here is the coffee!! Simply devine. I ordered my normal order of a magic, the barrister had never heard of it as it is what we call it in Aus but understand when I explained it and she aced it. The coffee was an Ethiopian Joyeria, it had the chariciateristics of an Ethiopian with out the nuttiness of a Yirgacheffe. It was smooth but full flavoured. The only negative of this place is sadly I will not be able to return. I also find it a little depressing that there is a coffee chain over the road, that seem to be busier, why would people drink dirt when beautiful coffee is so close.

Friendly staff, really welcoming. Great selection of coffees and the cake portions were very filling. My youngest son enjoyed his cheesecake brownie. I'd highly recommend The Coffee Dispensary!

Don't go in expecting the usual chain experience. You will have to wait for your drink, but it will be the best you've ever had, because they take time and care over the making. As well as good coffee, the cake is to die for :-)

Excellent coffee (I had two flat whites). Friendly staff. Good ambiance. Didn’t treat myself to a cake but others seemed to be enjoying them.

Great coffee, definitely worth a visit. **edit** Still my most favourite coffee shop in Cheltenham. My brew of choice is a decaf oat cappuccino which is so good.

I love the coffee here, really lovely independent coffee shop. staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee. One suggestion would be to somehow cover the cakes/slices as they are all out right in front the till where customers stand over them which doesn't feel massively hygienic

Enjoyed an exquisite cup of coffee and a divine salted caramel chocolate brownie to boot! A great pit stop in the centre of Cheltenham. Will definately pop in for a repeat performance when next in town!!

Had the best mocha ever, even with a choice of which chocolate to go in it! Great place, will be visiting again soon.

Since falling pregnant I've been drinking decaffeinated coffee...which is ok but you can't beat a proper coffee. We meet our son every week for coffee yesterday being here and it's the first time since drinking decaffeinated coffee I felt like I was drinking proper coffee again. Fantastic xxx

This is a great coffee shop and I will have to go back, happily, to sample more of what is offered here. The coffee is great as you would expect and it is artfully created and presented. The food, which I sadly didn't try as we were heading to dinner later, was extremely enticing and as many other reviews will tell you is of exquisite quality. This is a destination well worth your time whether you are getting something on the go or treating yourself and stopping in.

I came to Cheltenham for a good coffee and a nice walk. I went to several coffee shops, and I was making reviews about it. Chose this well-known coffee dispensary, top-rated, and have a very good review plus amazing latte arts!. I wouldn't wanna be bothered by other coffee shops around as it is also enticing to come inside Went inside the shop but got confused about here to order as the shop consisted of 2 levels, I decided to go directly to the busy area because that's where the market value is. it was warm and busy. I could see they are also well-staffed, nice and very friendly. I ordered Bacon and Brie, which is my favorite, but it was unavailable, so I chose another one. Cheese and Mozarella and a flat white😁. I sat outside because I was overheating inside the shop. It was windy and sunny at the same time. MY FLAT WHITE WAS SERVED WONDERFULLY. I loved it, and whoever made it, you-are- the-best!!! Your latte art is sexy and the way you made it, it is with passion. I liked the toast as well. 🫠🥰 I loved it here. I'll come back. I dont wanna explain more because I'm bringing my partner here next time 10/10

Cute cafe, tasty, filling sandwiches. Loved the vanilla chai latte. Only downside was that we got a table that had been vacated and the staff cleared the cutlery but didn't come back to wipe the table so we had to get napkins and wipe it ourselves.

Small but nice little cafe. Vanilla Chai Latte was very tasty and I would recommend the chili chicken sandwich. We grabbed a table as the previous customers were just leaving, the table was cleared and I was hoping it would be cleaned. Ended up waiting a good few minutes and then cleaned it myself with napkins.

Great food and coffee and have such a lovely attention to detail like wooden spoons and coconut husks for bowls. Along with pretty decoration on the drinks, pastries and my porridge! My dog seemed to enjoy the space too ☺️

Best place for coffee in Cheltenham! Very friendly service with efficiency even when busy. Sandwiches (in particular bacon and Brie) are to die for! Coffee is ethically sourced and flat whites are always a work of art. I sometimes get a sausage roll to take away in case I’m full from the sandwich - can’t ignore them when they are so epic! Couldn’t recommend these guys more

Deserves its high rating! Inside they say that their aim here is to bring high quality coffee to Cheltenham… and they are doing just that! We had a delicious iced flat white in a lovely setting. Can’t ask for more!

The cake was awesome. Good coffee, nice place. They also have free tap water with mint, many tables outside and some also in the inside. We just had two americano's, which maybe wasn't the best choice since they offer a wide range of special coffees. Recommended!

I love everything about this place... the drinks are beautifully presented, the cakes are divine... But watch out with the coffee it is STRONG ... If you don't regularly drink it maybe go single...my friend and I were racing for 3 hours on latte ... cold sweats and palpitations... Haha...

A really chic coffee shop. This pace is amazing and worth a stop off. They off free water infused with mint and the coffee is excellent. The toasted sandwiches are fresh and beautifully presented. For £7 they are very good value. The staff are attentive and friendly. So good to find a great independent coffee shop. Don’t go to Costa, spend your cash here.

You could see how popular this place was from how busy it was during my stay. Lovely to see a local cafe being supported! Wonderful carrot cake and enjoyable batch brew. Did feel a little too loud with how many tables there were in a small space, but then we could have sat outside! Overall positive experience!!!

Lively coffee shop with pleasant and helpful staff. Coffee tastes really good, but I agree with other reviewers whom have said it could be hotter. Also the large americano is what would class as medium in my local coffee shop. But still, the taste is what matters and that is bang on! I could not resist the millionaire flapjack, I probably should have though...it was so sweet, and I love sweet things! I would have left half of it for later but I couldn't stop myself finishing it, sugar rush incoming! Really tasty, but if you are used to a less sticky, sweet flapjack, be warned ;-) now I need to go for a walk to burn off this energy

Really wanted a croissant from this place but it was already finished when I got there so went to try another pastry, it tasted delicious and the coffee was nice too. Very cozy vibe, perfect place to chill or do work whilst having coffee

Good coffee and tasty sandwiches with sourdough bread. I must say that the sandwich is pretty big, it can give you energy for a good half of the day. Staff is friendly and efficient. Felt a little overcrowded as all seats were taken (can do with a little more space between visitors), but overall is pretty cozy.

Coffee was ok and the service friendly and relaxed. The Burford pork roll was great, I'd recommend.
