My husband & I went here for a meal last Friday. We were gutted when Bistrot Coco closed and so were really pleased to see that this has opened in it's place. We were not disappointed. Really lovely ambience, great service and the food was absolutely delicious. Small, very typically French menu done extremely well, especially the boeuf bourguignon. Lovely wine too. Would definitely recommend and we shall be going back :-)

I can not fault it it was one of the best meals I have ever tasted!! The cheese soufflé was to die for! The roast duck main and creme brûlée desert was delicious! My only tiny criticism is I didn’t like the spread with out bread basket i don’t think it was butter? it may have been, but I didn’t personally like the taste. Compliments to the chef! X

Had a lovely meal this evening, really recommended. Venue is well decorated typically French.. Ambience is smooth, chilled and relaxing... Food is 5 star every mouthful was stunning, onion soup, baked camembert, cornfed chicken and beef bourguignon Is what we sampled and we came away very happy and very full.. I would recommend the house red wine carafe as it was very drink able ...We will be back and will be recommending this place .. All round lovely experience-thank you all...

Such a treat last night as a surprise trip here! We had beef medallions and pork belly (In a French word that I can't remember) with a creamy Creme brûlée to finish. Just perfect. Service, awesome as usual. Love it here

This is a wonderful little restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food equally good. We shared a bottle of French Melbac which was sensibly priced and complimented the food perfectly. We will be going back.

Unbelievable French Style Bistro It’s so French, it almost out Frenches itself Have a light breakfast before you eat in the evening, no matter how sensible you think you are going to be, you will over indulge. If you want to be really sensible share a starter (but you won’t) your eyes will get the better of your digestive system It’s nothing short of a miracle that so many meals come out of such a small kitchen best nights are music nights, for a really bumper time, have an additional bottle of wine and stay overnight in Cheltenham. Lunch time set meals very good value It’s a very special place, unfortunately there are not enough special occasions to warrant more visits Sod it, I’m going again…

Very busy, there was a mix up with the booking which turned out to be our fault but they accommodated us anyway. The food was delicious, great service and reasonably priced wine. We felt welcome and had a great lunch.

Delicious food, attentive service and lovely atmosphere. As a table of 6 we had a variety of starters and main courses and were all delighted with our choices - I really enjoyed my Roquefort mousse starter and the Chicken main course. I hope to return soon!

The best meal we've had in a long time and one of the best ever. It's a small cosy bistro with lovely, friendly staff. It's not cheap, but well worth it, especially compared to some places we've eaten in Cheltenham. As for the food, we'll it was just perfect, so definitely will be back!

Our absolute favourite restaurant in Cheltenham. Super cute little place with great food, atmosphere and reasonable prices. It's not expensive but it's not cheap. We enjoy the Comte Soufflé and I like the lamb shank. My partner enjoys the duck. Throw in a great bottle of red and you have a perfect place to eat in Cheltenham. We recommend booking ahead as they are often full.

If you like France & if you love French food then you need to visit Petit Coco Bistro in Cheltenham. I even overheard one diner say "it's just like being on holiday in France for an hour or two" and do you know what, she was right. The atmosphere, the restaurant, the service and most importantly the food was excellent. We visited on a quiet Monday evening, with several other diners, it was so relaxing. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, and the staff were very pleasant & polite. We opted for the house red; after all when in France always drink the wine chosen by the locals, so if the restaurant chose it for their house wine it wasn't going to be bad and it wasn't. A full bodied fruity red. For our entrees I had the ham hock terrine whilst my wife had the stunningly tasty comte soufflé; a better entree she's never had she told the waiter. A creamy and very cheesy 🧀 😋 dish. And then for our mains I had the duck whilst my wife chose the calves liver with bacon. Both great choices, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Then for our desert we finished our evening with a creme brulee to share. A lovely evening at Petit Coco Bistro. A lovely French Bistro that we will certainly visit again, soon. Very happy to recommend a visit, I don't think you'd be disappointed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

We spent an evening here last Friday. We had a lovely meal in this charming restaurant. The bill came to less than we thought it would & to be honest the meal was better than any that we had during 2 weeks that we recently spent in Western & central France where we ate out many times!
