Very quick service, dealt very kindly when I accidentally ordered the wrong pan pizza. Order ready for collection within 20 minutes. Really happy with my experience - thank you Pizza Hut!
Lovely food. Nearly always come when time ordered for. Should check to make sure have right pizzas. We had right toppings but wrong base. Had thin crust when it was meant to be pan. Tried phoning up to complain but no one was answering phone
Ordered online food was ready on time pleasant service and food was amazing.
Amazingly awesom Pizza. Served hot and tasty. Loved the garlic sprinkle. Would be ordering soon again.

Really good experience with ordering a large order for a kids party. Ordered in advance and they delivered perfectly on time and catered to intolerances too. Was very reasonably too
We've just finished a lovely meal purchased as a treat for my daughters 9th birthday.
The store called shortly after ordering to inform me that the delivery would be a little later than expected due to the order perhaps being a little more than what we'd normally go for, but that was absolutely fine.
Both the chap on the phone and the delivery chap were friendly and pleasant. The food was also spot on so thanks very much all, appreciate the gesture and that sort of service goes a long way :-)
Overall great food, delivered mostly either early or on time and hot! The only times I've ever had any issues, I've contacted them directly and the manager has dealt with whatever the issue has been immediately. I've had virtually no delivery problems ordering from them directly, unlike going through a third party.
Ordered through deliveroo and had a couple of problems with ordering what we wanted. Called up Pizza Hut, Duke Street, for assistance and spoke to a staff member named Dave. He was extremely helpful and solved our ordering issues. Fantastic, friendly, customer service.
Pizza hut took awhile to deliver, however, I called up and spoke to Sam he apologised straight away. He's such a lovely, kind, generous, apologetic person. Because of the delay Sam gave us extra sides and a drink for free. Many thanks, we really appreciate it. Keep up the good work!! We would definitely buy again!
I was served by a gentleman named Spencer and he was amazing, he helped me find a deal specifically for what I wanted to order and did his best despite there being quite a few impatient people while he was the only one working at the tills. Delicious pizza for so cheap, will definitely go again.
Been let down in the past and therefore not had Pizza Hut pizza for a long time but after what we had tonight I will be back again very soon! Lovely tasting fresh pizza. We had 2 large pan pizzas (1 bbq & 1 half Hawaiian half pepperoni). I did collect and will always collect. Just make sure to check your toppings before you leave.

Amazing. We as a family had a fantastic pizza last night and enjoyed again this morning for breakfast.
The food was of the highest quality, well done all the guys and girls that work at Pizza Hut in Duke street Chelmsford. The guy who delivered the food it was his first day I was told, so a massive congratulations to him. I was so impressed I called them up after to say Thank you.
