On a whim decided to stop here for lunch part way through a walk. Table service in the garden - lovely Bear Island IPA, halloumi and chickpea salad, chips. Couldn't fault it.

Went for the wife work Christmas get together. Seemed like a nice pub. Buffet style food we had was nice. Hit dishes were hit rather than just warm, so all fresh.

This Pub is in a Beautiful area it is surrounded by National Trust Land and there are delightful walks, especially at the moment with the Bluebells coming out! Although in the Winter months its equally as nice.
