Visited on a Monday evening. Quickly served by a very polite lady, and we didn't need to wait long to receive our order.

The best chip shop chips I have eaten! Palm oil too, not a seed oil. Wonderful staff, so calm. Definitely worth every penny. Great added enjoyment to to sit at the duck pond, on a bench in the sunshine! Heaven!

My wife and I really enjoyed the fish and chips here. We had travelled down from East Yorkshire to take our son back to University and the staff were friendly - they made us both a cup of tea, lovely! The fish was fresh and delicious, the batter crunchy, not soggy and the chips hot and delicious . V
Been visiting this fish and chip shop for over 30 years. Never fails to deliver great food and service. Moving away from the area but will make a detour to visit next time I'm there.

Amazing! This is probably the best fish and chips I've had in England. The cod was perfectly cooked, flakey and delicious. The batter was light and full of flavour. Amazing chips too, light and fluffy! Highly recommended!

THE best fish & chips in Essex! Unbelievably good, their food is always cooked fresh - phone 10mins prior to collecting. They do amazing curry sauce! Yum! You won't regret this place and will go back and back!
