Good stop over if you walking around. Has car park and pretty big playground. Great view if you sit outside. However, very small tables, specially if you have more then cup of coffee. Food was fine but I would just get coffee next time.
I visit here with my dad who also enjoys the food and atmosphere. Lovely place to eat and a great place if the weather is fine to sit outside and watch the birds on the reservoir.

What a lovely location to sit and watch the wildlife whilst having a tea or something more substantial. Good cafe food freshly cooked and served up by lovely people. This will be a regular stop for me
It was a lovely atmosphere looking over the reservoir today. Very friendly a nice sausage sandwich and latte.
This is a local favourite for us. The service is always great and the food is very good. It's a perfect place to go as a group, with a reasonable amount of seating inside. There is extra seating outside. However, the large patio area seems to be under renovation at the moment.

Friendly with a good view and plenty of walks around the reservoir. Food and drinks average prices and a good selection. Small shop and facilities on site with easy access for everyone. Parking is free and ample.
Lovely little cafe right next to the reservoir, food was great been here few times before and always great service and atmosphere. Can get busy but worth the wait!
Great cafe, friendly staff, excellent food, nice coffee. Beautiful views whilst having our lunch. We love to walk from the visitor Center to here, have lunch & walk back. Good exercise in pleasant surroundings. Some old cars to look at in the car park today.

Interesting place by the water on Hanningfield Reservoir. Can’t comment on the food but service is good and fast. Good selection of hot and cold drinks. Only issue were lots of wasps caused by a sticky mess on the decking outside that had been allowed to remain and fester. I brought it to the attent
Lovely setting next to the reservoir with a good cafe. Best of all, this is a dog free zone (due to being a SSSI), and better for it, being a tranquil oasis where a family of ducks wander around the car park unthreatened, delightful! Also great Mochas.
Visited here for a lunch time bite to eat, nice selection of food & drink. Sat outside as it was a sunny day and the food was brought out within a short time of ordering. Staff friendly & happy to help, I will be returning here.
Apricot and almond cake was lovely. Fry-up was nice but not enough food for the £9.99 cost. Nice view while eating and drinking of the reservoir. Toilets nice but mens smelled heavily of urine. There are some bicycle racks but they are on a slope so the bike leans onto the wheel spokes if the tyre/w
A busy, friendly cafe with a nice menu and such a lovely decked outside seating area...so peaceful. Child friendly and also disabled access too.
What a lovely place. Great cafe with good food and service from friendly staff. The view from the cafe could not be better. Definitely recommend and will be going back.
