Great friendly staff who greet you, they also get to know you by name, nothing to much trouble. Rooms plenty big enough and comfortable. Food in restaurant very good tasty and plentiful. Staff in restaurant couldn't have been more helpful. Stay her every time I come to Chelmsford highly recommend it .
Incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Excellent room, full TV package, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast, receptive staff :) I'd stay again (and I'm only round the corner).

I hold networking meetings regularly at the Atlantic Hotel as well as meet friends for coffee. The staff are so friendly and a great team effort always. Steve who works as the Restaurant Manager is so helpful, efficient and professional. 5 stars!
Very good Italian cuisine. The food comes from the experienced Italian chef. Everything from baking bread and rolls every day, through perfect pasta to wonderful Italian soups and desserts for those who love to stretch their favorite moment in time (dolce far niente). It's all done on site with always fresh products. A great selection of wines will be served evening and fantastic waiter service will help with choosing the right liquor for every occasion. Do not hesitate to ask about weekly specials. There is always a surprise from all over the world. I highly recommend.

This is a wonderful restaurant with caring staff and an empassioned chef. I often stay at the Atlantic Hotel in which the restaurant is found and sometimes eat in the restaurant also. The consistency and quality of the meals is always great and I can rely on a relaxing meal or an exciting special any time I go. Their italItadishes are exactly that and taste wonderful and the staff are always friendly and accommodating and make the effort to engage and accommodate guests.
If you like italIta food or simply a well priced meal and friendly relaxing evening you have to try this restaurant. And the hotel is a great place away from home also.
