Great Thai restaurant in Cheam. Every time we come, we're always impressed. We've tried the massaman curry with both chicken and beef, the pad poi sian noodles, the veggie spring rolls, the mango flower dumplings, prawn toast, the sticky wings, coconut rice, black sticky rice, garlic brown rice. The pad poi sian noodles needed a bit more seasoning/flavour otherwise everything else was delicious. All of the meat was tender and juicy. The staff were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Very nice experience as always, have been here a few times now and every visit has resulted in a delicious meal.
The service is good, food is great and it does get very busy so booking in advance is strongly recommended.
I like to try different items on the menu and their daily specials always have something interesting to try. Being a creature of habit, my go to favourites are Mum’s sweet beef, massaman curry, prawn tempura, salt and pepper squid, jasmine rice, hinlay curry, kow soy noodles. For desserts the mango sorbet and kanom tuay are both very good.
Feel like it’s a little on the pricey side considering the portion sizes, but the quality is definitely there.

Came here for the first time last night as a group of 4. Excellent food, attentive service and really nice intimate dining space. A variety of small plates to share with some fresh, tasty curries & noodle dishes for main course. The seabass red curry on the specials menu was amazing - intense, fragrant flavours. So rare to find a top quality local restaurant. Will be back soon.
Excellent service and great food. We ordered Hai Tod , sticky wings for starters and panang curry, pad Thai noodles , rice and Seabas curry in mains. It was scrumptious. Thanks Chim’s for being part of our high street😊

Thanks Chims for your hospitality! There are many reasons why you should eat here.. The atmosphere of the calming venue itself makes you feel relaxed. The staff are friendly and polite. The food was delectable and scrumptious. The presentation of the food was beautiful, so does the flavours. We had some of their cocktails for refreshments and it was well made and yummy. Desserts… again beautiful…. What a spot! What a gem!
We had an amazing time here. The service was great, the food took a little longer than expected but was certainly worth it.
We came here before they changed owners and name, the new lighter and more open layout is more casual but still a great place for a dinner with family to drinks with friends.
When we first got there it was a little noisy with people chatting but it soon quietened down.
If you are vegan vegetarian there is less on the menu for you but what is there is extremely tasty. The fried tofu and mango flower dumplings were especially delightful.
Absolutely lovely restaurant, I would recommend booking as it was busy even on a Weds night. Classy decor and atmosphere. The basil gin fizz was divine! The food was full of flavour. We had the moo ping, massaman curry with coconut rice, ba mee noodles with roasted duck, and doughnuts for dessert. It was all delicious but my favourites were the cocktail and the curry!
literally the best food i’ve ever had in my life you have to get “mums sweet beef” it is actually life changing and the mango’s dumplings are expensive but 100% worth every bite. the staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!
Went here on a Thursday night with no reservation just as the restaurant opened and managed to get a table for two.
Service- family owned business with the friendliest staff ever. Helpful with what you should pick if you’re ever unsure and accommodating to your needs.
Food- As the Gen Z say, it slapped! Flavourful with every bite, definitely recommend the Hinlay Curry and Duck Tacos. I really love the small plates concept and just how affordable the establishment is.
Atmosphere- From start to finish I was impressed, the restaurant has an intimate feel to it. The design and layout is aesthetically pleasing to the eye with no detail missed. The playlist of choice for the evening was perfection.

Authentic Thai with a modern twist, Chims a family run Thai restaurant has been at Cheam for a long time and that is a testament to there great food.
The first thing I would say not alot of places serve Khao Soi, but Chims is definitely one if the best I had in London. The soup was creamy, with soft noodles topped with the counter crispy part it was divine.
The other dishes include the typical Tom yum which was unique an definitely a family recipe as its taste wasn't your average, less spicy more towards sour notes.
We also ordered stir fried aubergines and omelette which was also tasty.
The venue itself was very nice , great ambience, its on par with restaurants in soho. A great place for a date night or hangout with some friends. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything was super fresh,nice combinations of the flavours, the best spring roll I ever had & the mango dumpling was amazing.

Brilliant little place in Cheam village. The food is fantastic and they deliver great service. The menu has small plate options of mostly street food inspired dishes and big plates of more substantial dishes. It’s great value for money and we will definitely be back
Visited for an anniversary. The servers were very kind and full of recommendations. Made us feel special and would 100% go back again. Can be fully booked often so plan a couple days in advance to secure a booking
Came here for my first meal out a few weeks ago since covid and it was just perfection!! the highlights were the whole fried seabass, duck tacos & crispy pork belly. I also had a spicy margarita which was insane. Honestly the best Thai food I've ever had, everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back for more soon!

Good value for money and amazing food.Traveled 50 miles for the Mum’s sweet beef. Its not just good but it made my day!! Staff are always friendly and great at helping with food recommendations and wine pairings!
