Listen... We are so lucky to have you guys, me and my partner ordered home 2 nights in a row. I sometimes even order it for lunch at work! If anyone is looking for a proper big sized meal, proper curry goat, then this is definitely your place. Left a little note and they literally followed it through. DELICIOUS!!!! Worth every penny! Will definitely go to the shop soon!

We ordered food to takeaway from Family Delight this evening. My family and I were really impressed with how tasty everything was. The portions were a good size and everything tasted very fresh and delicious. We got goat curry, jerk chicken, oxtail curry, mash, rice with peas, hard food (plantain and yam) and saltfish fritters. We absolutely loved everything. We'll definitely be ordering food from here again as we think it's now our favourite local takeaway

First time at new restaurant and we were very impressed. All the food is home cooked and the staff were very friendly and were all extended family members so cared about the end results. Tested them out with Salt Fish and Plantains to start followed by Goat Curry and Red Snapper. Both the meat and fish fell off the bone and everything was really flavoursome throughout - reminded me of past trips to the West Indies. Finished off with Jamaican Fruit Cake and Banana Cake - both very moist. We will certainly come back, and recommend this restaurant if you are looking for genuine home cooked Caribbean food.

Lovely staff and good food. The starter (chilli wings) was fairly average but the goat curry was very tasty. The was falling off the bone, and I knew that because it was served with the bone! Drink selection is limited but there is a decent wine selection, along with a few different bottled beers. This is my first time in a Caribbean and I'll certainly be back.

Lovely Restaurant with a varied Jamaican menu that also caters for breakfast. (The Cornmeal Porridge is Yummy ) Generous portion sizes, lovely home made juices, tasty food friendly service, this is a local restaurant to me so I definitely will be back or order online, support local businesses.

I recently moved to the area, to my dismay I couldn't find any Caribbean cuisine proprietors that were local to me - or worth travelling to. When I eventually discovered Family Delight I was greeted with the familiar smell of proper Caribbean cooking akin to the best of takeaways and restaurants in South London. Having a pescatarian diet makes finding places that can cook fish well a matter of importance - as you'd be surprised how difficult that can prove to be. After my small wait for my freshly prepared Brown Stew Fish with rice and peas, any doubts I had were put to rest and curiosities definitely settled. I was supposed to take a picture for reference but after one forkful there wasn't time! The fish was cooked beautifully, rice and peas were soft and fluffy - and piping hot just as I like it. The portions were also well worth the wait and price, evident by the slump I'm in as I write this to you now The staff were warm and welcoming, friendly and patient (I was overwhelmed by the menu choices and needed a minute) and the environment is just as pleasant. They will definitely be hearing from me again in the near future.

Yep at least there's one decent West indian take away in the area, scotch bonnet in the stew, just ideal for this weather. Hot 🔥. Great food, Thanks Raymond for being a great host too!
