Very nice food & service. The octopus tapas was lovely. A bit pricey but the portions are good. Spacious and relaxed inside. You can park outside but even if not available, there's a council-run car park 2 minutes away.

We ordered a mixed paella for takeaway and it was delicious. The portion size and the amount of ingredients were very generous. The rice was in its right cooking point. Will definitely reorder it.

Our old Spanish restaurant has now sadly closed however, looks like La Villa has stepped up to take its place

A real gem of a Spanish restaurant in the heart of Cheam. La Villa serves up tempting tapas dishes from midday until late. With a real crisp and modern feel the décor is simple with a number of striking paintings of Flamenco dancers adorning the walls. The service is friendly and the tapas that the four of us enjoyed was plentiful and very tasty. I look forward to my return, to one of the up and coming places to eat in Cheam.

Great food, but more importantly fantastic service. Me and my friend spent an afternoon eating lovely food, and drinking wine and gin and tonics. The lady who owns the restaurant is a very generous host, and she bought us a shot each at the end of our meal. (I don't think that we were meant to drink the black sambuca that quickly 😂🙈). Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and see you soon xx

I ordered a takeaway paella for 10 people for Sat 11/07 for my husband's birthday. It was delivered on time with a 2 litre jug of sangria thrown in for free. The paella was hot on arrival and beautifully presented. Would recommend 100%. beautifully presented, it was delicious. Thank you

Food was authentic and delicious, we couldn't finish our main course as we pigged out on starters of fantastic calamari, albondigas, jamon iberica and loads of aioli. Our waitress was the owners daughter and couldn't of been more friendly, we even had a short conversation in Spanish! Great all round would definitely recommend La Villa .

Excellent food and good service. Cocktails on the menu and a great selection of tapas. Go hungry ;-) you'll order too much.
