Ordered a laptop online and collected from the store. Good price and nice to be able to speak to knowledgeable sales people. Reassuring to be able to return it too, although all working fine so far. Very nice store to wander around for inspiration - antidote to online shopping!
We visited the store today because we need to buy 2 new ovens for our kitchen, we were helped by a sales assistant who said she had been with the company for 28years,and her experience was abundantly clear & invaluable,as she explained the advantage of the more expensive price point. We are waiting

Excellent store, great customer service and selection of quality products. I'd give it 5 stars but for the gents toilets situated near the Sainsbury's entrance, not sure if they get cleaned more than once a day, not reflective of the John Lewis reputation, time they were modernised at least cleaned
We visited your Cheadle store and stopped at the Rodd & Gunn counter and bought a blue linen shirt and liked the green shirt also but didn’t have my size, the young lady named Chandon sauced the London store on my behalf to find my size , a couple of days later she rang me to say it had arrived.

Reasonable size branch of the trusted department store, large enough to have a good selection and small enough to get a feel for where everything is. Household appliances and Entertainment technology sections have knowledgeable staff in my experience.
