Visited today with my sister in law. We had afternoon tea. I have to say the food was lovely, service very good and price was very reasonable. We were able to sit outside and as it was in a garden centre we had a lovely view. Will certainly go again and recommend to all.
Me and my sister took our mum to celebrate her birthday � the food and service was excellent. I will now start using this place even if for just coffee and (spoilt for choice) gorgeous home made cakes or sometimes spoil us to afternoon tea. Thank you so much.

This garden centre is our family favourite for all our gardening needs. It's tucked away in a very quiet spot off the main road so its probably not as well known as it could be.
What I find most appealing is that it is not overly big so that you spend a long time looking for what you want. Apart from seasonal plants and shrubs, it stocks a good selection of gift items, pots and other garden ornaments.
It's always tidy, well stocked and peaceful as there is no blaring music which I have experienced in a couple of other centres. As its not overly filled with people, you can walk around with ease and take your time to browse without feeling crowded and rushed.
It also has a cafe which we haven't used but that's for another day. It does however look inviting.
The car park always has spaces available.
Nice garden centre with expertly looked after plants. Sometimes the plants in garden centres look half dead, but I didn’t see any signs of this here, and they all looked to be thriving and well cared for. The shop has a wide range of goods. Had reasonably priced cake and coffee in the cafe, and both were excellent. The cappuccino was hot and the cake was extremely tasty. I did notice the main meals were quite a bit dearer than the other Golden Days Garden Centre, but could not fault the price or quality of the coffee and cake.
This amazing garden centre has not changed in quality in all the years, I've known it since first visiting as a child with my mum and grandmother, it has just gotten better and better. Quality garden plants and products, but the best thing about Golden Days Garden Centre is the staff, their expert knowledge it's is second to none.
Good garden centre, bought many healthy bedding plants from here and the other half has got a lot of cacti from the succulent/cactus rook at the front. Plenty of choice, prices aren't the cheapest but also not a rip off and the quality is excellent. Great cafe for afternoon tea too and parking is plentiful
The cafe in Golden Days is a hidden gem. The food is very reasonably priced, freshly cooked and always delicious. Anyways a nice selection of cakes for afternoon tea too. We had Tuna Nicois Salad and Beef Lasagne. Really filling, and very tasty.
What a lovely little garden centre, has everything you need and more, situated next to a stunning little train track. Deffo recommend a Sunday afternoon here

Nice little garden centre with a good selection of indoor and outdoor plants, tools and accessories. Also has a good range of gifts and food. A good way to spend a couple of hours browsing on a Sunday afternoon.
A delightful gem of a garden centre with a vast outdoor section of plants and shrubs plus a large amount of indoor plants available. Lots of gifts and gardening accessories. There is a lovely cafe and large car park. Really with a visit. Still as good as ever but Facebook indicates opening at 10.30 am on Sundays but they actually open at 10 am.
