I had the breakfast, which was excellent except I would have liked some beans. The service was quick and our waitress was very attentive, we have eaten there before and will be back.

Every time I go Cheshire line which is on a weekly basis with my grandad the staff and food r always top. Can't say a bad word about them

I was visiting Cheshire Lines Tavern with a close friend as we was meeting a weekly social group but sadly they had left When we arrived.
We decided to have drinks and food. The level of service that we got was amazing.
The staff was very helpful, polite, friendly and patient.
They informed us when certain items on the menu was unavailable.
Staff held a high standard and was very polite.
Food was amazing and tasted great.

My wife and I recently rediscovered the "Cheshire Line" and since my retirement I think we've had Lunch one a week at least. Sometimes Twice.. we were very impressed with the Quality of the Food, I'd like to compliment the Chef, his "Chicken Tikka Curry" is Second to none. The Staff are Always very Engaging and extremely Pleasant. We had Guests from the U.S.A. and the "Line" was our Choice of venue to treat our visitors to Lunch, which I may add was Excellent. Our American Cousin tasted Halloumi for the 1st Time and is Hooked.. (I've heard on the Grapevine, I'm being treated to Lunch there for my upcoming Birthday) we recently had "The Carvary" for Sunday Lunch, Most satisfying.. Thanks to the Staff for Making our EVERY visit thoroughly enjoyable. See ya Sunday 😉
Creamy garlic mushrooms for starters, came with a lovely warm roll and butter, lush.
Honey glazed and garlic salmon which was cooked to perfection and so moist served with chunky chips and broccoli, yummy.
To finish lemon tart with mascapone, beautifully decorated with edible flowers, delicious.

A lovely pub/eatery with an extensive menu of affordable meals. The food is delicious and good sized portions too. The staff were hard working, friendly and efficient. We will definitely go again.
Food good, service excellent. Friendly bar staff who made our time there really enjoyable, also friendly table service. We were there with family from Ireland for a catch up and could not have wished to pick a better place. Was a really hot day and they even have dog bowls which the lovely Irish gentleman behind the bar brought water out for the dog, so caring.
We came today and I just had to leave a review. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the best. The food we ordered was delicious and the offer of two for £20 was great value. I would highly recommend a visit here. Air con was also a plus as kept the baby nice and cool in the warm weather.

Had another lovely lunch here today. Freshly cooked food, served by the delightful Trev. Personality of his own, very cheerful. Would recommend the menu and the offers menu. All well presented and beautifully cooked.
Really lovely evening at The Cheshire Line, special thanks to Stephen for his fantastic customer service. We were later on in the day for the carvery so a few things were missing but Stephen kindly knocked 25% off the food bill, what a lovely gesture! Thanks again.
Such a great place for a meal out with family. Food was average but location is great, on the old Cheshire train line and part of the pub is where the platform used to be. A piece of history with good prices for the area as well
Second visit waited three quarters of an hour, then 4 tables all came out at the same time, my Salmon good, Wedges warm then sticky toffee pudding was look warm custard ok, I did mention to Trev he said I did cook them myself on the heat it said on the instructions, he said sorry about that,
Then we ordered cup of tea and coffee I poured the tea went to pull the saucer towards me and it stuck to the table at the same time the young girl that was serving went passed I asked her why is the table sticky she said they polish them twice a week not sure if they clean the polish off properly or what they actually use I will mention it to the manager again and say what just happened to you I nearly spilt my hot cup of tea over my knee, I told her I would put it on this review
Amazing food and amazing service. We went for my mum's 89th birthday and they looked after us so well. There were 13 of us and 2 kids. Everyone loved their food and they really looked after us. They were just wonderful. Cannot rate this place enough
I came today with my family Eleanor’s service was outstanding working constantly and kept coming over and checking on us .Was a very well mannered and polite girl will be definitely coming again. The cailflower cheese was amazing !!!
