As it was not yet open fur business I can't actually review but the staff allowed me in for a toilet trip with my 2 kids and gave them both a yoyo bear snack which saved my life as they were both very hungry and wingey! I'll def be visiting it looked lovely! Thankyou x

A trip to Cheadle to visit a friend of mine lead to visiting this local cafe. I have been struggling to find a place that offers one of my favourite indulgences at such a high quality, salt beef sandwiches, a guilty pleasure. Nice to pop in and grab some nice homemade cakes and snacks. Such a shame it’s all the way up in Manchester and not in London! Would highly recommend visiting.

Lulu provided a most wonderful spread for my Dad’s special birthday. Delicious - smoked salmon, poached salmon, different gorgeous salads and just the right amount for the number of people. Thanks so much Lee. Just amazing. Xxx

Gave my daughter your chicken soup. She said , "I don't want to be rude.....but it's better than yours"! It was indeed delicious. Will be back in for some more, in a larger pot!

Lovely addition to Cheadle village. Friendly service. Best bagel sandwich I've had in a long while. It's so rare to have chicken in a sandwich that isn't dry. Perfection. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu 😁.. though it is a little pricey!

Lulu's cafe, decathlon, Stockport was a beautiful pleasant experience. After grabbing some gear for the colder weather at decathlon, I took my twin girls here and we shared delicious fresh deli sandwiches (chicken and gherkin... It was the best) the staff were lovely. I believe it was Lulu's son working there. He was polite, friendly and knew everything about the locally and ethically sourced products. The home made ginger cake was delicious. Will definitely go again. Just for the cafe!

Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response. Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.

Gem of a place. Delicious food, all freshly prepared, beautifully presented and in generous portions. Staff super friendly and really helpful, in fact the other customers were too! Dairy free (but not vegan) a bonus, so much choice for my little girl. Lovely place.

Accidently stopped here at the start of our first day exploring the city. Had no idea it'd be such expert level coffee. The young man was friendly and asked how I was, making conversation as I was deciding what to order. This was really appreciated. Later, I went on the Savouring Bath food tour and was agog to realise Lulu's was one of the stops on this tour. I discovered the owner is a Syrian man who honed his craft back home before bringing it to the UK and he is the only Q Grader in the city (expert coffee Pro, basically!). His son was the lovely barista that served me in the morning. They served us the most delicious Turkish coffee that even my non coffee obsessee friends loved. If I could visit here everyday I absolutely would. Could NOT recommend more highly.

Genuinely outstanding little cafe/deli with friendly staff. Decent coffee, great bagels and exquisite array of salads to have as a brunch/lunch alongside a perfectly tender rotisserie chicken. We were given a couple of pieces of ginger cake which couldn’t have been more moist and were spiced just the right amount. Home made doughnuts made for an excellent afternoon treat. The only disappointment is that I don’t live in the area

Easily the best salad (& service) since moving to the NW. Food is cooked & prepared on site. Yummy salad selection & portion sizes are generous. Just wish I could dine there every day. Deli also sells cakes, breads, & pastries, canned goods, & wine. The lady in charge was so helpful, she noticed I wasn't drinking my coffee & she immediately provided me w a replacement. Also all people dining there got complementary ginger cake for dessert. Highly recommend.

Super breakfast here this morning, all cooked fresh and ingredients tasted special. Lots of lovely, warm touches from the genuine, friendly greeting and goodbye to the kind offer of ginger cake nibbles which came as a very welcome treat (scrumptious, as you ask). Seem to have a loyal customer base and it’s so obvious why. A definite whenever I visit from now on.

This is a gem of a place. We had a lovely sunny lunch with homemade chopped liver better than any I have found in the best places in London. Fresh homemade salads and perfect chicken soup, all topped off with the best ginger cake we've ever had, warm from the oven. Overjoyed to find Lulu's on our doorstep after moving from London and missing a good Jewish deli lunch. The owners clearly put their heart and soul into the cooking. Can't wait to return to eat the rest of the menu!

Absolutely the best food ever. Quality ingredients, everything is homemade and full of flavours. The best rotisserie chicken sandwich ever with the tastiest of salads to go with it. Great coffee and homemade cakes too, vegan and gluten free friendly. A wonderful experience with warm and friendly staff and owners

Oh my, what can I say about this place... so much but let's keep it small sweet. It's like one of those little hidden gems you find down a side street on holiday, where you think to yourself why have I never found this place before. Really genuine and friendly staff you will most definitely feel at home here, it's a deli / small shop I havent tried all of the menu but I always go back for their salted beef on rye bread with a good sized portion of sweet potato salad, it is to die for, I dont normally have a drink so I cant comment on that, I have however bought stuff from the little shop and they do a protein sesame chocolate bar and damn is it nice. Any how enough of this get yourself down there.
