Fast service even though they were pretty busy. Great coffee and friendly staff.

Very busy shop due to large amount of footfall.
It does take a while to get your drinks/ food. Staff are rushed off their feet and cannot always keep up with orders. They had run out of a few things when we arrived including cream.
Apart from that the staff are great.

We called as we like Costa Coffee and we're shopping in the area its a smallish place for a Costa but really nice the staff welcoming and very professional

It was very busy when I popped in today, with just three staff on, all seemed happy and working well together. I didn’t have to wait too long (10 mins max).
A lovely server called Anna greeted me warmly and was calm and efficient. I overheard her taking the time to ask a customer after me (who I think must be a regular!) how a poorly family member was doing, and I was just really touched by this. Even at stressful times you can show compassion and kindness and it goes a long way! 💕

Pleasant visit on Saturday afternoon, excellent customer service displayed by the guy who was cleaning the plates and washing up, he spotted my boy having a melt down and offered him a small toblerone to calm him down. Not only was this emotionally intelligent and empathetic this natural token of kindness demonstrated excellent customer experience. I will now visit Costa more when I have the chance over other coffee shops. This man is a credit to your organisation. He wa smashing the pots and tidying up with a smile however he did so much more for your brand today.
