We went to visit this restaurant as a family of 4 for my daughter's birthday and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. Didn't book a table but got seated in about 10 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. Even on a Monday the restaurant was very busy. The food was always fresh and in good supply. Very tasty too. You will find something for everyone (even picky eaters). Indian dishes and chicken was halal for those who eat only halal meat. Good selection of sushi and seafood too. There is a limit of 1.5 hour seating time. The price is good too (we've been to buffets that cost £10 pp more that spoons) As the restaurant is on high street there is no own car park however there is pay and display near by parking on the high street and there is a shopping centre Pentagon close by too. Overall I would recommend it

Havent been here in ages but the service was good and was able to find a table for the 2 of us. Food was lovely, and lots of choices to choose from. Definitely worth the price.

Thoroughly enjoyed a family evening out. A wide wide range of foods from various corners of the World. Reasonable priced as our party of 5 was have eaten out for less than a £100. No complaints.

All you can eat buffet with lots of 3-course-meal options ranging from vegan to animal based cuisines (ducks, pork, lamb, prawns etc.). With £19 per person, you'll get in and eat all you can 😃 . Drinks are not included and you'd have to pay for your choice of drinks or water seperately at the bar It is better to book ahead because its always full and one may have to wait in line for free seats. There's a parking space less than 2mins walk from the restaurant for a token charge. On the other hand, many of the foods are really oily and may not be so healthy....but this is my personal opinion and others may not feel same 🙂

Barely any wait to be seated, super friendly staff. The general restaurant was really clean and the food areas were exceptionally clean, which i was very impressed with. Lots of staff walking around clearing plates and ensuring the place was clean and tidy. A constant supply of food too. I tried most, if not all the food (small portions) and believe they were all to a good standard. Of course, some I enjoyed more than others due to personal likes and dislikes but generally I felt it was to a high standard. Lots to chose from and a gorgeous dessert area. For £16.50 each and £3 for unlimited refillable drinks i really think this is a brilliant restaurant. Not only the only buffet option for miles around, but decently priced for the overall experience. If your unsure- just go. For the price you will find something you will enjoy, and if you cant- ill be highly surprised!! The only thing I would comment on to improve would be the closeness of the tables and space around the restaurant as i felt quite close to other guests, although this did not ruin my experience i feel others may be put off. Also that some people chose not to use the tongs or equipment to pick up their food from the designated areas, which of course is not the restaurants fault, although prompt signs across the restaurant and perhaps a member of staff reminding customers to be sanitary would be helpful.

Enjoyed our dining experience at Spoon World Buffet and Bar in Chatham. The variety of dishes was impressive, and the quality was great. However, the only drawback was the limited dining time, approximately 1hr 30 mins, which felt a bit rushed. Would have loved more time to savor the delicious offerings. Overall, a tasty and diverse buffet experience with just a minor time constraint. P.S - Consider bringing cash with you as there wasn't a card payment option available at that time.

Great choice of food. What I had was well cooked and yummy. The Prawn toast was also crispy which is a must! It was very hot, as you would imagine. Also my friend booked online, then they cancelled it, saying they didn't do bookings yet we turned up on the door and they asked if we had a booking!! Luckily we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Good value for money

I enjoy coming here for the food as there is a huge selection of different foods from all over the world! The service could be better though as alot of the staff can be quite rude! Also, there is aways a huge cue outside even if the inside is not a lot of people in there. This would be helped if there was more than one person at the till. You don't need someone coming up to you asking how many people there are to the then tell the person at the till this, they have a voice they can ask me and you could just use the empty till next to them! Other than all this is a great place for food but, honestly it's the busiest and loudest place I've ever been too. It's £19.99 per adult and I believe £9.99 per child. £3 per refillable fizzy drink

Arrived at the place at 17:35, five minutes past our reservation - it toom the staff 10 minutes to sort us out a table, baring in mind I done the reservation two weeks ago. If I didn't say anything, they would've let other people pay before us - meanwhile we were waiting. Food was okay, loved the variety they had on Indian and Chinese Cuisine. Would have loved to see more Japanese food. The dessert table was to die for! Overall, a good experience.

Spoon is one of our favorite restaurants to go to, it's a bit expensive but the food makes up for it. There is so much food in the main section and there is also pizzas and sushi and pancakes and desserts and so much more. The drinks are good but aren't included which isn't amazing but makes sense. This restaurant is really good.
