Absolutely beautiful evening. We visited Babasheesh on our 10th wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say we weren't disappointed. Food was delicious and normally I don't like salad but I couldn't get enough of it. Chicken wings were beautifully seasoned, and our cocktails were outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

Not only a beautiful restaurant in dockside but they also offer delicious food with good portion sizes. All of the staff members were so welcoming especially Jan (forgive me for misspelling name) and made our experience so much better. Will definitely return!
This place was lovely, the vibe and the atmosphere was amazing. Great food and the staff was so lovely. Definitely will be going back again soon. I would definitely recommend coming here for a nice meal.
Enjoyed my starter grilled prawns & for my main course lamb shank as well as a cheeky cosmopolitan cocktail. The decor & staff were wonderful. I'd recommend to anyone. Just one things required

Beautiful setting at Chatham dockyard. Nice and cosy, with friendly staff. The food very tasty and portion size are a bit of a challenge for just one person 🙂🙂🙂 will definitely visit again and give it a go if you're near by 🙂🙂

Very lovely restaurant. It was pretty empty when we arrived for a late lunch. They did have a pack of pencils and plain white sheets for kids. It'll help if they could print out colouring worksheets and offer it when they realize you've come in with children. We had to send our little one to go to the waiter to ask for it when signalling from the table didn't work.
Our order was taken but service was super super slow. It took forever for our meals to come, which couldn't go unnoticed because we were one of the three groups there. The staff just weren't attentive enough.
They forgot to serve us the complimentary bread and dip so they brought it with the main meal after we asked for it. The lamb chops and salmon were our mains and they tasted amazing. It took forever to get the bill too.
Will recommend but don't expect over the top service. Hopefully they improve.
The atmosphere was lovely and so was staff! Food came quick enough and was delicious 10/10. We even got asked if we had any preferences on where we want to sit which I think was great of them to ask because I wouldn’t want to sit somewhere we didn’t like that they would have chosen. I came here with my mum and she said the food and service was 10/10 . The staff always made sure we was good and the best cocktails here will 100% be returning.

The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming, perfect for a evening meal.
The service we received from Sahib was very warm & welcoming, left a smile on our faces. Couldn't have asked for a better server, outstanding 😊
I was a little nervous to come here after reading the reviews about the poor service, but I was pleasantly surprised.
All the waiters were really lovely and helpful, the food was delicious, and quick.
They have some really pretty lanterns hanging from the ceiling, would be complete if they maybe had some more of those.

food was amazing the way the lamb chops are cooked to perfection, jans team is amazing everyone you talk to have a smile and very helpful. There is free parking at also if you have parked underneath you get 4 hours free when you dine in amazing date night spot with amazing drinks.
Lovely meal and service....but i dont like being charged for service charge...i like to tip myself if i want to not expected too
..it wasn't noticed when paid about the service charge or i would have refused to pay it....thats my only gripe with the place....and yes i still tipped our waiter as he deserved it...
Popped in for lunch today. Service was great and food was delicious. Hubby doesn't like salad so asked not to have any, some restaurants either don't listen or the message doesn't get through to the kitchen, but today was good the service was great. We will definitely go again.
food, staff, atmosphere was all just perfect. great place to go if you want high quality scran and a place to chill out and enjoy your evening or whenever you go. one waiter who caught my eye was Sahib, his happy and welcoming attitude towards his job made the experience a whole lot better and is by FAR one of the best experiences i’ve had with restaurant staff so good on the young lad! nice to see a place care so much about customers and the quality of their food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5 stars definitely will be coming back😃.
We've been twice now and both times the experience has been amazing. The food has always been cooked to perfection, and you can absolutely tasted that it's been cooked over an open flame.
There have been a couple of teething issues, the first visit they didn't have any pina colada (boo) and on the second visit they didn't have any sticky toffee pudding. Hardly the end of the world, especially as they haven't been open long, and the food is so good I'm always down for another visit anyway.
