Cod was fresh cooked while I waited, 7mins. Good crispy batter, nice chips, small portion enough for the two of us.
Great fish and chips. Large Haddock was just that and cooked perfectly. Plenty of chips with enough for seconds. Price very good too so thanks again Lamprey. See you again soon.
Honest review … Cod is a must, I’m very careful about where I buy fish and chips from, I can assure you that this place is highly recommended, cooked well while you wait and excellent.

Hi fish and chips always good from here , staff friendly , only downside was ordering food online , order never turned up, was a treat 4 our grandaughter , so hubby had 2 pay again , and go down 2 get order again .

Not been here since moving 18 years ago. Had fish n chips and jot a single piece wasted. No black eyes in chips, no bones in fish, cooked fresh, lovely.

it's a bit busy sometimes so you might have to wait 10 to 15 minutes outside for your food but well worth the wait.the food is great fish is spot on.chips perfect.
