Brilliant place, staff very knowledgeable about food intolerance. Have eaten there several times. Highly recommend for everyone even coeliacs! The cocktails are awesome too. X
Well visited the Mast and Rigging on the 10,07,18 to celebrate my Daughters birthday. We ordered drinks and waited for the rest of the people to arrive. We ordered our food, the starter came which was lovely. But after this we had a bit of a wait for our mains. When the food arrived we wasn’t disappointed the food was lovely, the waiter that served us was very friendly and polite couldn’t do enough for us. We all had a lovely evening and will return soon.
Went this evening for dinner.. 3 adults 5 kids didnt book and was worried about getting a table but was seated straight away. Service was brilliant food was lovely and so was the desserts. Cant fault it. Kids played in the play corner so that kept them entertained while we waited for food. Would definatley recommend and will be coming back ��

What a fantastic idea ,2 yes 2 steak meals and a bottle of wine for £20 quid ! The steaks were cooked too perfection, the wine was very nice

Just had a really good dinner at the mast and rigging, one of the best steaks I've had in a while, great service and attentive friendly staff, will definitely come again, altho maybe ask for a table not by the door to the play park brrr �
Had lovely family birthday meal. Massive menu such a big and varied choice. Great food. Very well looked after by our waitress Emma.

What a fantastic place! Went there today as a party of seven celebrating my Father's Birthday. The staff were all so pleasant and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Our waiter was exceptional. Very polite, professional, helpful and friendly. He is an absolute credit to the company.
We all had a fantastic time, the food was delicious and there was plenty of choice.
I am disabled but the access and facilities here were far better than most places I have been to.
Thank you to all the staff who made our visit today so pleasant. We will definitely be back soon.

Brought three generations of my family here for lunch, all of us enjoyed different meals from burger, pizza, scampi and curry. Also the gluten-free selection was very good. Soft drinks are quite expensive (£3.20 for a coke) and add up but that didn't stop us. Had a lovely lunch, great service and the three year old enjoyed the garden and kids area. Would happily come back another time, thank you

Thought we'd give this place a try when looking to eat out lunch time today. Arrived here mid day. It was easy to park ample spaces close to the entrance. Noticed it had a nice out door fenced in part that is really dog friendly an added bonus. We walked in and was greeted with a smile a nice welcome. Orderd our food but told we might have to wait a little because the pizza oven being fired up. We didn't mind at all the man was honest about it. Food arrived very quickly to be honest considering we were expecting a wait. It was worth it. It was totally enjoyed by us all. It was fresh hot and the portion size was excellent. Price wise l feel it was inline with most pubs these days. I would say also it had a good atmosphere and friendly feel about it. I would most definitely recommend this place and will be going again myself. They had good seating and good space between tables they cater for larger groups l noticed a table that would fit twelve or more. And smaller group's. Well worth a visit🍽🍷🍾🍺

Came here for dinner last night, the bartender Robbie was so helpful when taking our order, he was so nice and polite. Kat was also very helpful when we wanted to move tables due to my sisters disability and her not being able to sit in that area. All in all it was a lovely evening and we will definitely be back soon!
My first time here.. well what can I say! Great service from Nikos! He was fantastic, was a great help to us, nothing was too much. The food was great too! The atmosphere was just right. Definitely a great place to be!
Love this place, sat outside on a beautiful September eve. Kids played on the little frame and food and company was good. The only issue I had was using the app so ended up ordering at the bar. Hard working a friendly staff. Toilets clean.

It's an ideal setting for parents seeking a respite, as the kids can have a blast too. Additionally, the reasonably priced food includes an extensive range of drink and dessert choices.
Has the deep filled steak pie, very tasty, with tender meat, hot chunky chips and peas, all washed down with a few beers. Sat out in the garden

We had a really good evening at the Mast and Rigging. Service was quick, the main meals were great and very good portion sizes. Having been previously we were a little disappointed with the size of the puddings as they seemed a lot smaller than usual, but still very tasty! We had a great evening and will definitely be visiting again.
