It was quick and easy to order.
The ordering online maybe makes it easy for the staff, but we missed that personal touch from waiters. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, we had to wait for a while for our desserts. With one of our waiters help manager got involved and sorted it all out.
Drinks are always good. The prices are good as well.
Staff was attentive and very friendly.
It was quick and easy to order. The pizza variety was great, the salad bar had a good selection too. The ice cream is always the winner just needs a better selection of toppings.

Fantastic Pizza Hut restaurant the lady who greeted and seated us was fantastic. The food was great, the atmosphere friendly. Thanks for going above and beyond for us. My sons has special needs and you made his day. Will definitely be returning.
Pizza Hut-Hut-Hut. We missed out on the time for the buffet meal which ends at 3pm. This didn't stop us from ordering from the kitchen as we were hungry. This place only takes orders and payment via your phone which I don't like doing. Food arrived promptly and we were left overfeeding ourselves with a takeaway box. No need to wait for a table unlike Nandos nearby.
The food and drink was decadent, ordering was easy as can be, and our waiter Muhammad was all smiles, very patient and a pleasure to be around. Me and my son are excited to return here again.
Lovely pizza ..salad bar wasn't full up and took a while to re fill but salad was good .. buffet looked really good and good value ut didn't have it
Quick mobile ordering Time to be seated. Quick delivery of food Polite staff Location. Bobby very friendly and quickly resolved issues with some customers using their hands instead of tongs. Replenished the contaminated food straight away as soon as he knew.
This was my first time at Pizza Hut in the Dockside. There was a lot of us as it was a birthday dinner, The service and atmosphere was excellent, the food was actually the best pizza I’ve tasted. Also the assistant manager was really nice and helpful, and he had time to even chat with us too which I thought was really nice of him
We visited last night for a team night out with ninja warrior. The guys were so accommodating and friendly and even went out of their way to treat our team member of the month to a desert. Special thanks to Tony and the team for ensuring we had a great evening!

Fantastic service, staff were so friendly and attentive for all and the kids loved it for our sons 2nd birthday, special mention to Toby, Karthika and Harley who made it a lovely evening, restored faith after all these years in Pizza Hut as food was superb, will visit again soon
The staff, food, self serve for the buffet and access to the areas worked really well. It was clean, welcoming and very friendly. Have been many times to Chatham Pizza Hut and its always excellent
Used the app to order food, got the pizza, salad, drinks and ice cream for the one price. Quickest thing to do with two hungry children. Pasta and pizzas were delicious and topped up regularly from the self service area. Salad was a bit bland and disappointing
