Was really good. outdoors seating and noticed the No Smoking pop ups which I really appreciated.
Still dont like having to queue to order though and collecting all the bits -generation thing.
Maybe a small holder would be useful to collect it all. I had wallet,drink, shopping etc.
But I was in before lunch wave started so no wait at all.

I love going there it’s easy, quick and staff are polite. It was my sisters first experience and she enjoyed it very much!
Our waitress was so accommodating. She found us an initial table, and when a booth was free she moved us for more room. Food was lovely too.

Took my 14 month old daughter in with me to have a quick dinner, on my own. The staff were brilliant - realised I was on my own and were happy to bring out Chips early to keep my daughter occupied and fill my bottomless drink up for me because I couldn't leave my daughter - even down to asking what sauce I wanted on the table etc. They couldn't have been more welcoming. The food was okay, so to be more specific the chicken was quite dry and the only place that the sauce was found was on the top where the skin of the chicken was. Some people like that but I personally don’t so I took of the skin and the chicken basically had even less taste then before apart from chicken taste there was no other basically. The peri-salted fries is amazing and extremely tasty, really enjoyed eating that. The service they provided us was lovely, they sat us at a nice table which was surprising to us because we came as a two but they sat us at the table which can have 4-6 people but anyways we loved the place we got to sit at. The desserts were very tasty, salted caramel brownie and a caramel cheesecake were very lovely. The prices in my opinion are not expensive and average for a place like this.

Food quality was great, I felt we waited longer than we should of been waiting. It is an excellent place for families to gather and share plates of food, deserts and bottomless sodas. For all you Americans who enjoy your bottomless drinks… here is one of few restaurants that give you just that… and they give you bottomless ice cream! Yum!!
Came to Nando’s Chatham tonight as normally flit between here and Hempstead Valley.
We were seated swiftly by the host (whose name I don’t have) and she asked all the correct questions about allergies etc.
We ordered at the till with Laura who was an exceptional help to us, and very personable throughout our visit.
Our meals were perfectly cooked, and the sides came perfectly seasoned too.
Would highly recommend visiting this branch and know we’ll definitely be back.

Nando's is an amazing restaurant, meal was great, and the atmosphere was beautiful, my visit was glamourous. Music choice will always want be to stay. I will always go back
Tasty food, not too long to wait for it on a Saturday evening. The online queuing system for a table worked well and it didn't take long for us to get a table. The only issue was that the aircon was a bit too cold upstairs.
Joe has great customer service made me feel comfortable even though It was a take away order and he's very sufficient
After shopping it's easy to grab a bite before heading home but then you don't have time to dine. Order to go at Nando's. Every branch should offer the same service and products.
The orders remain at the optimal temperature up till arrival at yyour home.
Allergens are provided on a pamphlet found in their dishes. This is a great guide if you're buying for a friend.
Came in to look for my purse today which had my ID and bank card, the workers were really nice in trying to look for it and asked the manager if he had seen it. Martin, I think his name was, had kept it in the back for me luckily ◡̈ absolute live saver! And the foods always great whenever I go x
Day visit to Chatham and what a difference in food. Everyone and everything in london is soo rushed they took their time and it really showed probably the best nandos I’ve ever had !

Food was amazing but this post is more aimed at the man Craig I have never met someone whose made me feel as comfortable as this man his customer service was exceptional and couldn’t offer any more help he also helped with warming my new Borns bottle up I’m not from this area but his customer service genuinely would be enough to make me go back this man is a asset to your company
Was very busy and rowdy with loads of people. Was told we had to wait up to 20 mins before a table became available which is understandable as it is the only one of it's kind in the area
